Now she is not just going to be someone's daughter but she is going to be Lakshmi of someone's house.So that mother is none other than Pragya who has dreamed many dreams for her Prachi for a good life which is now slowly being fulfilled.Because today is Prachi's engagement.The whole house is decorated like a fairy castle Everyone is very happy at home. Except the one who is getting engaged.
After all, who would want to get into a relationship in which there is no love, even if it is one-sided?

She asks Shahana while going to Prachi's room.

I know Mother, whatever you are doing is for my happiness.If you are happy then I am also happy.Today I am engaged to a person whom I can consider only as my friend and nothing more. Angad loves me but I will never be able to give him the love and affection that he deserves. Because there is only Ranbir in my heart and no one can take his place.
This engagement, this relationship has no importance in my life, for me this relationship is just a compromise, a compromise for my mother's happiness, nothing more than this.
