Lloyd was getting ready to see Brad he put on grey sweats and a green hoodie,nothing too dressy.
He walked to his front door to leave but kai stopped him, "where are you going?" Kai asked suspiciously."to the park..to uh.. meet a friend."Lloyd replied,Kai knew Lloyd didn't really have any friends except for the team."Lloyd you don't have any friends..are you seeing that brunette boy?yk the one from school?"kai asked grinning,"yeah..why?"lloyd eyed Kai as if he knew he was going to tease him."is he your boyfriend?" Kai whispered."NO! I mean.. no no he's not " Lloyd replied quickly "I-I gotta get going,bye!"
Kai smirked and walked away,he kinda knew Lloyd was gay or something like that but never said anything to him about it,he didn't want to embarrass him.
*at the park*
Nobody Pov:
Lloyd walked through the front gates,Brad was waiting there. Lloyd blushed at the sight of him,he was a bit shorter than Lloyd,brown hair,brown eyes and overall,pretty hot.
"Hey Lloyd" Brad winked,lloyd wondered if he just saw what he think he did? Did Brad tudabone just wink at him? Was he being playful or joking around?! Lloyd couldn't tell and just smiled back
They started walking to the benches,nobody was in the park,it was a gloomy day and the streetlights beamed across roads and paths,Brad pulled two cigarets out of his jacket pocket and a lighter too,
"Want one?"he asked."sure i guess " Lloyd answered hesitantly.they sat there for a while smiling and laughing until Lloyd noticed something..Brad had a huge bruise on his neck he couldn't really see it before because his hood was covering it."hey..what's that bruise..?"lloyd asked curiously "uh well it's Uhm just a.." lloyd waited patiently for his answer "look my dad figured out I got suspended from school and he uh..punched me in the face..but luckily he missed and only punched my neck right?haha..."
Lloyd looked at him concerned and asked "do you have somewhere to stay tonight?"
"No I got kicked out..."Brad said looking down,"come stay with me tonight " Lloyd smiled "are you sure?I don't wanna be any trouble yk? "
" of course not, cmon it's getting dark "
