Chapter 16

Sandras Pov

Its been a week and i was training on using my power and i found out that i can reverse the mate mark and i used it on myself unfortunatley i cant change the who we are ment to be mated to. It worked but the pain was excruciating i had gotten fever for two days and i had passed out from the pain it felt like i was burning from my chest and like if there was this whole in the middle of it. I also kept waking up to morning sickness and i felt so shitty it got Nathan so worried that he made me go to the hospital. To say the least i was fucking nervous as fuck my legs kept shaking and i was sweating and my fucking wolf was of no use since she stopped talking to me. After the whole mark thing she was back to being mateless and she would whine when i would say that we can have Nathan now that we were mateless. She hated the idea and blocked me off which i was mad at because i needed her to be my moral support in this kind of situation i sighed trying to reach her but to no avail. As i saw that i was up next Nathan grabbed my hand and held it which made me relax a bit knowing that i at least had someone with me to help me get through this.

My name was called and i breathed in a deep breath and stood up my anxiety was starting to get the best of me and i was physically shaking until Nathan took my hand in his. We walked in and the doctor asked me why i was in i told him how i was feeling and he just nodded his head he chuckled a bit and told me to pee in a cup. Later they came to withdraw blood to make sure the pee test was accurate i was confused and i got even more scared and i looked at Nathan he smiled and said whatever it is we will get through this together. I nodded my head and just talked to him for a bit which worked to get my mind off of the situation until the doctor came in. He smiled and said dont worry young mama its just that you are pregnant nothing major to worry about little one. He smiled and asked if this would be our first child i unconsciously nodded my head and Nathan looked taken aback but went with it. The doctor gave me my next appointment and some perscription for prenatals that will help me with the baby to grow big. He also said that by the next appointment we will be able to see the heart beat of the baby. I was terrified because i knew that this baby was from my mates and i was not ready to have another human/wolf baby to take care of.

We went home after that and i decided to go and look for a job so i can start pulling my weight around Nathan's house. At first he didnt let me but i still took his car since i cant drive his truck. I went to a Dennys Diner and applied the manager told me that she will call me in the next couple of days i nodded and went to a Stripes and got some snacks. I went to a park and just sat down staring at the kids running around i smiled thinking that soon enough my pup will be there hopefully. I took a bite out of my chocolate bar when a pup hybrid was staring at me and said that he can smell an omega pup on me but he doesnt see him. When he said that i swollowed and asked if he can smell the gender and he said yes that was his gift since he was a mix between vampire and wolf. I ohed and he smiled and asked again about the pup so i told him he hasnt been born yet and he said he kept feeling a pull towards my pup. I hummed and asked for his name and shared my snacks with him he accepted and said his name is Soobin and he was 5 years old. I nodded my head and said where his parents were he said they are walking around the park i smiled and asked if he wanted to spend more time with me. He nodded and we continued talking till his parents showed up and i let them know what happened and they looked shocked but they smiled. They gave me their number and we agreed to keep Soobin in contact with my baby because we thought they were probably soulmates. After that encouter i went back home and told Nathan the experiance and he was so happy and i was looking up at him with a smile on my face.

I went to my room after eating my dinner and showered getting ready for bed and i started thinking of baby names until a name popped into my head. HueningKai or Kai for short the name felt so right and nodded that would be my babies name and closed my eyes holding my belly finally sleeping. Around 3 in the morning i woke up running to the restroom to throw up and i fell to my knees from how weak i became i heard my door open. I looked at Nathan and cried because i wanted to spend time with my mates i wanted them to witness this and be apart of his life. I cried a bit longer before Nathan picked me up and carried me to my bed and laid me down and hushed me to sleep. I turned away from him and cuddled into my pillow and fell asleep wishing that pillow to be one of my mates. Later that day i got a call from the manager from Dennys and said i start to work tomorrow from 9am-5pm i amiled and thanked her so much for the opportunity. I hung up and went to get changed for the day to go see Soobin and his parents who later in my life would become my closes friends.
