Humming filled the room, a nine year old girl smiling as she twirled around the etiquette's room. She gripped her dress and raised a hand, doing a quick spin, her eyes closed a focused look now on her face. "And bow!" She courtesy's, a smile back on her face. Clapping erupted from her smiling father and brothers, Eiji beaming at her. "THAT WAS AMAZING ARIA!"Eiji cried hugging her tight. She laughed, patting his head looking amused. "Good job, my daughter"Emperor Yuriana praised. "I recorded it for later!"Alex beamed. She gasped in disbelief, rushing over to the laughing boy. She leaped up, reaching desperately for the orb. She didn't need everyone seeing this, her father and brothers promised no recording. Ever since she arrived here five years ago, her father and brothers have always clung and doted on her, which was SO EMBARRASSING since most of the time It'd be in front of guests. "Give it here!"Aria cried. "I won't show anyone"Alex promised. Liar! He's a liar, he'd show his old school friends her dancing.
"Lies!"Aria glared. "I promise on my life"Alex smiled. She gave him a narrowed eyed glare, her brother sweating a little big no doubt knowing she could see through that little 'promise' of his. "Fine, but I'll snag your hair if rumors spread"Aria says walking away since she had things she needed to do. Alex flinched behind her, no doubt remembering all the other times she snagged his hair and slapped on him for bragging about her. When the days flew by after she woke up from the poisoning things had gotten better, three times a week she'd sneak off to see Riolu with Dottie's aid. She earned the nickname 'The Golden Swan' of Yuriana when she turned seven, due to her father 'accidentally' letting nobles see her dancing practice during a meeting. She didn't talk to him for three weeks which caused the emperor to sulk, but it also gave Dottie three weeks of amusement trying to watch the man make it up to the embarrassed girl. "Dottie!"Aria beamed entering her room, excited to go see Riolu. "Yep, I'm ready!"Dottie giggled.
Aria smiled, finding herself in the air. She fell but gentle arms caught her, holding her close. Green hair made her smile as she looked up. "Hi Riolu! Happy with me dropping in"Aria beamed giggling. He looked at her amused, chuckling a bit. "I hate that pun"Riolu says settling her down. He grabbed her hand, pulling her away. "Riolu?"Aria says. She had noticed that the male had been acting strange lately, there were times where he'd space out whenever they were together and once she caught him muttering something about twin children. He covered her eyes, startling her as he continued leading her forward. "Where are we going?"Aria giggled. He removed his hands from over her eyes. "Here." She perked up, her eyes widening in amazement at the flower field. "Woah.."Aria mutters staring at the bluebells in amazement. "I found this not too long ago after you left yesterday, thought you'd like it"Riolu says. He placed his hands on her shoulders, a breeze blowing through their hair.
"It's wonderful"Aria smiled. She gently dropped down to her knees, picking some of the flowers, a bluebell hair clip in her hair. It was the same one Riolu had given her when they were kids, after Alex made sure it'd never wilt it was turned into an accessory for her to wear whenever she wanted. She quietly hummed to herself, Riolu watching her with a fond expression. He walked over and sat down beside her, watching as she made flower crowns. She placed one on his head then placed one on top of hers, a wide smile on her face. Riolu stared at her, wishing there could just be more moments like this. Just her and him sitting here in the flower field, making flower crowns or having a picnic..without anything, anyone, getting in the way of them. He reached over, gently brushing some of the girls hair back, smiling slightly. Aria smiled at him, starting to braid flowers into his hair. "Shouldn't you be going back now, six minutes have no doubt passed"Riolu asks watching her.
"Dottie made a clone of me"Aria giggled smiling at him. Riolu nodded, watching as she sprinkled petals. "King Riolu of the Bluebell Kingdom!"Aria smiled fixing the flower crown on his head. "Are you my queen?"Riolu asks. "Of course I am, who else would I be!"Aria laughed. Riolu shot to his feet and grabbed her hand, hauling her up. He hid her behind a tree, and quickly stepped out, Aria hearing footsteps. "WHAT ARE YOU WEARING!" Silence followed before Riolu answered the man. "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to goof off, it won't happen again." A huff followed, the footsteps retreating. "Better not!!" Aria stepped out, looking at the silent male, noticing the ripped flower crown on the ground at his feet. "Riolu..are you alright.."Aria mutters stepping closer. "You need to leave.."Riolu orders. She grabbed his hand but he snatched it away. "LEAVE NOW!! I DON'T WANNA SEE YOU EVER!"Riolu snapped looking at her. She backed away, her eyes widening. Riolu unbraided his hair, getting rid of the flower petals and walked away. "Dottie."
Riolu looked back, watching Aria disappear and sighed. "It's for the best, this is the only way I can protect you...if you don't come near me." Dottie stared at Aria when the girl appeared in the room, an angry glow in her eyes. "Want me to kill him?"Dottie asks lowly. "No...it's alright...it was my fault after all.."Aria mutters. "Should've left when he asked if I should be heading back, but I stayed...and he got in trouble cause of me.."Aria chuckled. Dottie stared down at her, then gently placed a hand on Aria's shoulder as tears fell down the girls face. "Ari..."Dottie mutters hugging her. "I'm fine..it's all fine...I'm alright, it's okay"Aria mutters her body trembling. Dottie patted her head, wondering if she should tell the girl. "Dottie, you're too quiet what's going on, what happened"Aria says rubbing her tears away. "Aha..."Dottie chuckled looking nervous. "Dottie..."Aria frowned. "Your twin siblings have arrived...yay..?"Dottie says nervous of her reaction. Aria stared, then rushed out of the room at full speed. "A-ARIA??!"
