"Hey Copper! You've got to check out this control room at the back of this vault!" Lt. Kevin called out.
Cooper snapped out of his thought and rushed towards the back of the vault, and he climbed the metal stairs up to where the control room is. In there, he can see computers, monitors, desks, etc. Lt. Kevin was standing in front of the computer, checking on the list of people in hypersleep in its screen.
"This place was used to monitor the people that are in hypersleep, it can open or close all the cryopods in case if someone wakes up or are in hypersleep" explained Lt. Kevin.
"Just like the bunker I woke up in. But like I said: if the people wakes up and discovered that their clothes are gone, imagine the angry and embarrassed looks on their faces" said Cooper.
"Yes, I know. You told me and my brother after you read the letter" said Lt. Kevin.
Cooper sit down on the chair, looking at the computer screen and scrolled down the names of the people that were in hypersleep. He clicked on the name reading "Joseph", and it took him to the bio of that person. There, he can see the person's occupation, age, blood type, etc. He also saw the photo of this "Joseph" person, who looks to be in his 40's. According to the bio, Joseph was originally a doctor at one of the hospitals in the city's medical district before being put into hypersleep because of his knowledge of medicines is useful in the future. Cooper moved the mouse and clicked the monitor button, and it shows what Joseph was doing while in hypersleep. He didn't know that there were miniature cameras outfitted in each pod within the vault, compared to the one in the bunker he woke up from.
On the screen, it shows Joseph looking different compared to his photo prior to before going into hypersleep. He is bald and missing eyebrows, but originally, he had a full head of black hair. He has pale skin with visible blood veins, and with the cameras light giving off a soft glow, his skin is shiny like Cooper and the brothers. Like everyone who were in hypersleep, he wears only underwear and an oxygen mask, but unlike the others he isn't wearing a harness.
Cooper thought for a moment, the look of the cryopod is very different compared to the ones within the vault along with the ones in the bunker and the emergency shelter in the mall. He came to a conclusion that the pod that Joseph is in is made by a different company than the ones who made the pods that he and the brothers woke up in. Suddenly, there was a loud muffled roar echoed from the entrance of the vault. Cooper checked the security cameras that were installed in the corridor of Bunker 15, and what he saw scared him. From the screen, it was a large lumbering mutant with sharp teeth and claws is heading towards the ladder that leads down. It has green scaly skin covered with patches of brown fur, it is humanoid in appearance along with a human looking face. It has a tail that drags on the floor, horns on it's head, and two extra pairs of eyes on it's face.
"Lieutenant Kevin and Dawson!! We've got trouble!! A large mutant is heading towards us as we speak!!" He shouted.
Lt. Kevin quickly look around the control room for weapons, and he found two briefcases on the tables. He wasted no time in opening the two briefcases, and inside there were combat knives, firearms, ammunition. He grabs a combat knife and handed it to Cooper, before closing the briefcases and took them with him as he rushed over to find his brother. However, the large mutant walked slowly down the corridor like a zombie and with each step caused the place to slightly shake. The two brothers, now armed, hurried towards the entrance to prepare for battle. Cooper joins them while holding a combat knife, eager to save the remaining population in hypersleep. As the large mutant draws closer, the brothers fired their weapons at it. No matter how many bullets they've emptied, it bounces off the large mutants scaly hide. When they realized this, they immediately closed the door and locked it to keep the large mutant from entering, but it won't last long.
"Shit! This creature is impervious to our bullets!" Said Dawson.
"Shouldn't we use our combat knives?" Suggested Lt. Kevin.
"Perhaps, if we can find it's weakpoints" said Cooper.
The large mutant pounds it's fists on the door, leaving dents as it grunts and growls like an angry gorilla. The trio wasted no time for suggestions as they ready their knives, then the large mutant broke open the door very easily, all three of them rushed over and stabbed it with their knives. The large mutant roared in pain as each stab drew some of its blood, it is impervious to bullets but not from sharp blades. It swung it's arm, and sent Dawson flying towards the pods. Where he landed was the pod where Joseph is in, in which caused the bottom lights inside the pod to glow in a blue light.
"Oh oh, he's waking up!" Yelled Dawson.
Joseph, inside the pod, slowly opens his eyes. The white of his eyes were in a reddish tint, but his eye color is blue. He placed his hand on the window of his pod to see what was going on, and saw three men fighting a mutant.

When Cooper saw the cryopod glowing, his eyes widen from shock. He doesn't want the mutant to snack on the occupant, so he focuses on killing it before it kills the occupant.
"No!! Don't let this creature eat the occupant!! Focus on killing it quickly before it reaches towards the glowing cryopod!!" He ordered.
Dawson immediately picks up his combat knife and rushes in, and his brother stabs the large mutant in the arm. It lets out another roar of agony, but it tries to walk towards the glowing pod for its meal. Cooper bared his teeth as he runs towards the mutant, jumps towards it, and plunges his combat knife into its forehead. The large mutant roars as it flails it's arms in a desperate attempt to get him off, but he used what strength he had to plunge his combat knife further into its skull. However, his left barefoot slipped into its mouth and it bit him hard. He screamed in pain as the large mutants teeth penetrates the skin and almost broke the foot bones, until the large mutant falls on it's back dead. He immediately pries the mouth open with both hands, thus freeing his left foot, but he can see blood coming out from where the large mutant sunk it's teeth.
Lt. Kevin removed his jacket, and used his combat knife to cut pieces of his shirt to use it as a makeshift bandage. Then he gave the pieces to his brother, who then dresses the wound to keep it from bleeding.
"Is there any kit that contains medical supplies?" Asked Cooper.
"I saw some at the right side of the vault" replied Dawson.
Back in the cryopod, Joseph watched as one of the men left to go get the medication kit. He reached his hand and peeled his oxygen mask off, revealing that he has a mustache and a short chin beard. He tapped both his bare feet as he waited for the pod lid to open up, but he examines himself and notices that skin is shiny and his veins are visible. When he brushed his legs, they felt rubbery.
