it's been 2 years since firey last talked to me ever since he got invited to that stupid group with loser he's been ignoring me and my texts, loser is great and all but he's also ruined my life, at least i have pin with me she's always been my friend since 1st grade she's always been by my side but im not gay for her or anything, right?

i soon realize i have been thinking to myself for five minutes now as i hear a voice interrupt my thoughts

"leafy are you okay" pin says looking rather concerned

i think pin has been asking me that for the past 3 minutes and i don't know how to respond

"uh yeah" i awkwardly reply

"still thinking about firey huh?"

"uh yeah i know i should stop but-"

"seriously leafy it's been two years and he wasn't even that great of a person anyway"

pin is being pretty salty right now but she's right i should stop worrying what firey thinks of me but i just can't.

"you know leafy maybe we should find you someone different to care about" pin suggested

"What do you mean?"

"i'm saying you should make new friends"

"i don't know about that i just wanna make things right with firey"

"didn't you tell me once that he just ignores you?"

"... yes but-"

"No buts! you are not going to put in the effort and not get anything in return!"

"okay.. thanks pin"

pin smiled at me after i said that

"Remember you used to be able to defend yourself really well a while ago what changed?" Pin asked

"Well I'm not quite sure maybe it's the thoughts about firey that are making me worry"

"Again leafy you need to get over it all he does anyway is-" pin is cut off by the bell ringing

"See you after class" she says sounding rather salty

I get to class and take a seat everyone else gets there and firey walks and then it hits me the only seat that isn't taken is next to me

"Hey ice cube wanna sit with me!?" I yell across the class to make sure firey doesn't sit with me

For some reason ice cube looks uncomfortable with bracelety so I think I might have saved her there

"Yeah leafy I'll sit with you!" Ice cube quickly runs over to the seat and sits next to me

I honestly can't tell if firey is looking at me, I wanna find out but if I turn my head towards him it will seem like I care which I don't
