Chapter 1, Awaitng new beginnings

Annie Leonhart is a quiet, withdraw teenager, with soft blonde hair and intimidating icy-blue eyes. Despite her tranquil temperament, her natural beauty is astounding, all heads turn to her direction when she enters the classroom, maybe even Mikasa Ackermans, a well-known student at their school with a large group of lovely friends.

Annie's closest friends are named Reiner Braun and Bertolt Hoover, however, it's highly speculated that Reiner and Bertolt are together, no matter how many times they deny it, Annie can see the truth, they have always loved each other and she has helped orchestrate their secret romance. Annie holds her friends very close in her heart and will put in maximum effort to see them happy.

Mikasa is part of a large friend group, but her most treasured friends are Armin and Eren. Erens family took Mikasa in to their home when she lost her parents as a child, Mikasa loves Eren like a brother and will do anything to save him, Armin,Eren and Mikasa are never not together.

Annie Pov
School starts tomorrow, i had a peaceful summer mostly on my own. I enjoy my own company, as much as i love Reiner and Bertolt sometimes it's nice to just be by myself, of course i did meet up with them and some friends in the summer, such as Hitch and Marlowe. I mostly took the time to decompress and be there for myself, for some this may sound sad, for others not.

I walked over to my bathroom and brushed my teeth with little effort, due to how tired i am. After i finished my nightly routine, i stumbled tiredly over to my bed, yawning as i step, and in an instant i fell asleep, who knows what will await me tomorrow, all i know is i'm excited to see Mikasa again, even though she doesn't know it.

Mikasa Pov

"Last day of summer! i hope you are ready for school."Carla said to me, Eren and Armin, who was sleeping overnight for a short while as his parents are away.
We nodded and thanked her for the food she had made for us, Carla is such a good cook, and Grisha is certainly good entertainment, he's always putting on a little show for us as if we were children, but i can tell Eren secretly enjoys it, no matter how many times he tells his dad just how embarrassing he can be.
Armin went to bed early, Eren following him shortly after. I stayed downstairs, cozy in a blanket watching television with Carla and Grisha. Soon, my eyes felt heavy and before i knew it i was asleep. Oh well, as-long as i'm awake on time for school tomorrow i'll be okay, i can't wait to see all my friends again, they've all been so busy over summer i've hardly gotten a chance to see them, as boring as school is, and as confusing as it is, my friends make it worth it.
