Although

Raven seemed to have typical interests, she was keeping a dark secret from her therapist. She chose to remain silent whenever possible, fearing that her grandmother, younger brother, and

best friend would be lost because of this twisted secret. It could leave her like the missing girl in the forest or the overused toy on the side of the road.

This secret held the truth about her parents' disappearance, including where, when, and what happened, as well as who was involved. The entire vile, twisted, and nasty truth was contained within this secret.

"I'm in my room, I'll be right down!" Of course, we both knew what I really meant was "I'm in my room, I'll be down when I feel like it!" Which wasn't gonna be for another few hours.

"Come on, I know you don't want to go, but you have to sweetheart. It's the only way you'll get closure with what happened with Lyra and John."

Her name is Lisa, I won't deny that after our sessions together I feel some relief, even though I know that Lisa doesn't care about me or anything to do with getting our family the help we need. All she thinks about is the few Benjamins she gets from our weekly sessions.
