❇︎The Day Before❇︎

           "Katherine! Are you ready yet?" a voice yelled from across the room. "Almost Eliana one second!" yelled Katherine. Eliana was trying to find her keys while she waited for Katherine to be done. Meanwhile up stairs Katherine was still picking an outfit. "COME ON!" Eliana yelled as she snatched her keys off the counter. "Coming!" Katherine yelled as she walked down the stairs of their small apartment. "Finally are you ready?" Eliana asked. Katherine nodded and they went out the door. They were going shopping for ice skates because Eliana hated the fact that other peoples feet were in the rentals. They headed to Dicks sporting goods to find skates. "Are you sure they have them here?" asked Katherine, "Positive." Eliana said as she walked to the automatic doors of the store. They walked to the hockey section and found a nice selection. "I love the baby blue ones, what about you?" Katherine said. "I'm more a simple girl, the white is fine for me." Eliana said as she picked up the skates. They headed to the register to pay. "She's a cutie!" whispered Eliana into Katherines ear. (For some context Eliana has a boyfriend and Katherine is still looking for the right girl, oh yeah I forgot to mention she bisexual! Anyways back to the story!)  Katherine shook her head and payed for the skates. They walked to the car and put the bags in the back seat before getting in. As they were driving home they stopped to get Starbucks, Katherine got her usual, a Grande strawberry açaí lemonade, meanwhile Eliana took ten minutes to think of what she wanted just for her to get an iced coffee. They passed by the ice skating rink they are going to tomorrow. "Do I have to go? I don't wanna third wheel you guys." Katherine said taking a sip of her drink.  "YES! Remember this is also to find you a cute date!" Eliana said almost swerving off the road. Katherine just shook her head and watched TikTok on her phone. Once they got home its around 4pm, (because Katherine took forever so they left at 1:30pm). "I'm gonna go make my outfit so I don't take forever tomorrow!" Katherine said. "Good idea I did it early before we left so you can check my room to see what I'm wearing!" Eliana said as she prepped her pot to make food. As she made her outfit all Kat, (her nickname) could think about was that she might find someone that's the one for her.
