Naruto POV

When I opened my eyes I was in a dark corridor that looked like a sewer.

"Hello? Is anyone there? Where am I?"

"Kit, follow the pipe on the roof, it will lead you to me."

I looked up and saw the direction the pipe was going in, and ran to find the end of it. When it ended he came face to face with a broken gate and inside was a giant fox with nine tails with a smaller wolf with 11 tails resting next to one.

"Welcome to your mindscape young one."

"W-wait, you're the.. the.."

"The Kyubi, yes. And now I must apologise to you now my dear boy."

"Apologise? What for?"

"For everything. You see it is my fault for everything that has happened in your life. From the death of your parents to the pain you have to put up with from the villagers."

They hung their head in shame as they waited for me to speak

"Wait what happened? And how is it your fault."

".. You see, years ago your mother was my jailer, but not just me, but also my son's jailer. However on the day of your birth, the seal that kept me within your mother was significantly weakened by your birth. When that happened, 2 things happened because of it. One is that my son was inside you from birth, the second is that I was ripped from my previous jinchuriki by a masked man. He then used an eye of his called the Sharingan to place me under a powerful Genjutsu or illusion, and forced me to attack your parents and the village. I didn't want to but I had no control over myself. Due to this, many innocents including your parents died, but not before they managed to reseal me, not into your mother no, the poor woman had barely any time left after I had been torn from her in the first place, but into you. Someone who they believed should open the future as a jinchuriki."

I couldn't think of anything from say, but surprisingly I didn't feel angry I just.. felt sad. I was so overwhelmed by the pain I ran at the Bijuu and just hugged their leg tightly, the last living piece of my mother.

They were surprised to say the least before they shrunk down to a smaller size and changed shape, becoming a young woman with flowing orange hair, red slit eyes, whiskers and a beautiful orange kimono. She smiled and embraced me holding me tight as I cried the years of pain away. After what felt like an age, I opened my eyes to see I was asleep on her lap as the wolf curled around us and was being stroked by her. She saw I had awoken and sat me up in her lap

"Are you better now Kit?"

I just nodded not knowing what to say.

"I believe you might want to know what happened in that alleyway, wouldn't you?"

"Yeah it was super cool what happened!"

"Alright alright settle down Kit. What happened was we mixed some of our chakra with yours to create a new bloodline in addition to your mother's one."

"My mother's bloodline?"

"Yes dear, your mother had an exceptional bloodline that allowed her to manipulate her chakra to create anything, most famous among these creations were chains that could bind even me, the most powerful of the Bijuu. Those chains you used were hers. Now the wall of silver chakra and that glove, that is something we gave you. It is your new bloodline, it is activated by channeling chakra to your eyes, like most Dojutsu.
This was your first time using it, which is why you fainted after using it. As for what it's called, Runāaizu, or Lunar Eyes. Now you had better go and explain all this to that hokage of yours. Bye bye for now Naruto-Kun."
