The grocery store (part 1)

(None of the characters belong to me! They all belong to a youtuber called "Gacha Life Rainbow Cat" who I highly recommend! And she's going to be in here too!

(The mom is unnamed so I named her "Diane" and I named the dad "Glen" just fyi)

Courtney, Skylar, and their mom were at the store to get decorations for Courtney and Skylar's dad's birthday.

"Courtney, can you go and get the birthday candles?" Asks Diane

"Sure mom!" Responded Courtney already jogging to the section with the birthday candles.

"What can I do to help?" Skylar asks her mom.

Diane rubbed her chin in thought then turned to Skylar to answer "How about you get the birthday cake?" Diane says.

"Okay mom! I'll be back!" Skylar says happily and runs off to the bakery section.

Skylar looks at the different cakes and thinks which one is perfect then suddenly... "Oh my dog is that Courtney's sister?!" Says an annoying popular girl voice

"𝘞𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘥𝘰 𝘐 𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘸 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘷𝘰𝘪𝘤𝘦 𝘧𝘳𝘰𝘮?" Skylar asks confused in her head.

"Yes it is! What's that loser's name again?" Asks another annoying popular girl voice.

"𝘞𝘢𝘪𝘵! 𝘐𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘑𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘺 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘕𝘢𝘷𝘺 𝘧𝘳𝘰𝘮 𝘴𝘤𝘩𝘰𝘰𝘭!?" Skylar says in her head "Oh no..." she says quietly.

"Her name is Skylar! Let's go bully her!" Jessy says laughing "Oh my like gosh! Total good idea!" Navy replies.

Jessy and Navy walk up to Skylar in "slow motion"

"Hey loser!" Jessy says. "Oh my dog what happened to your face!?" Navy asks.

Skylar touches her bruised face and looks down at her shoes sadly.

"Your mom beat you up didn't she?" Jessy and Navy ask at the same time. Skylar just nods.

"Omg that is so funny!" They say at the same time again while laughing.

"Mom where's Skylar?" Courtney asks with the candles in her hands.

"She went to get a cake but she should've been back a while ago.." Diane says grabbing the candles from Courtney's hands and putting them in the cart.

"Oh my god! Jessy and Navy!" Courtney says loudly causing everyone in the store to look at her in confusion.

Courtney doesn't care and runs over to Skylar to defend her from the bullies and her ex best friends!

Diane follows her at the same speed with the cart in her hands (obviously...)

"HEY!!" Courtney yells at Jessy and Navy, getting their attention and everyone else's as well but Courtney didn't care.

"LEAVE MY SISTER ALONE YOU PINK POODLES!!" Courtney says louder just as she reaches them and stands in front of Skylar to protect her.

"Are you defending that dumb loser?" Jessy asks the pink cat while her and Navy were in bewilderment.

"Yes I am! She's my sister and I'm not going to watch you guys be mean to her!" Courtney hisses (literally)

"That's right!" Diane joins in "Now if you guys don't leave her alone I'll make the Principal suspend you two from school!" She says with her hands on her hips.

The two pink poodles looked at each other then at the pink cat (whose still hissing and growling at them), then at the purple dog behind her then at the red giraffe.

Jessy and Navy leave in embarrassment.

"Are you okay?" Courtney asks her sister, worry lacing her voice.

"Yes, thank you Courtney" Skylar replies.

"You're welcome sissy!" Courtney says and gives Skylar a quick hug.

Skylar looks at her mom and says "Thanks mom"
"You're welcome sweetie" they begin walking to the check out before remembering "Oh wait the cake" Courtney says picking up a chocolate cake and putting it in the cart, when they got to the check out they noticed some people in front of them... "Oh my god!" Courtney and Skylar say at the same time.
