In evening,
Preeta reach terrace of her house and she was trying to find her surprise when she heard voice

She sees upwards and see karan in helicopter and throwing rose petals on her. She was too happy. Helicopter escape from her eyes. She ran downside to call karan. She dials karan's number.

But she was cut by voice
Mam mein us helicopter ka plot bol rha hu . Landing ke vkt helicopter class hogya hai aur karan sir badly injured hai to unhe nearby hospital lekr jaayega jaa rha hai
Preeta runs outside to reach hospital

Karan's family was blaming Preeta for karan's condition.
She goes to meet karan

K (sternly): theek hu aur agr tum ik kaam krdo to aur theek ho jaunga

Preeta heart breaks into tiny pieces

Preeta went outside with tears
She was walking on road lifelessly

P: mujhe jana hi hoga mumma, papa plz smjhaye na mumma ko
Pd: preeta shi keh rhi hai use jane dijiye
Pm: agr aap bhi jhi chahte hai to theek hai jaa, pr apna dhyaan rkhna

After that she wents to MUMBAI where her cousin Priya lives with her husband.
In MUMBAI,
Pr: mujhe to vishwas hi ni hora karan aesa kr skta hai mera bestie aesa kr skta hai
