Chapter 9 Effort

Gale ,made a bone needle with one  he had in his teeth from earlier I thought ,not the most sanitary but it'll have to do Vincent passed a hair, Anna held the flesh together as I sew him up.

I look at my mates " We can stay here for now and see if the others come I know Winston ,was with Fang before so I know you were with us Carter weren't you there!"

I,would do anything for you Jessica! I blushed again  " It's like I told Ronnie ,I didn't want to assume what you felt by mistake, if I hurt your feelings I never wanted to !" He hugged me and I thought " Maybe ,I mistook his beast form for someone else ,I shook my head , I'm not always good with putting, the right names and faces together !"

Pulling me into a hug he growls lowly, after a while Fang began to stir I went to his side " Fang!" His eyes opened ... Mate! He sat up slowly " Be careful !"

He stood slowly.... The ,trading party members are back there!
" We have to go back together,  but we absolutely have to get back to my Uncle too !" Carter , Harvey ,and Ronnie shift while Gale sit me on Carter, Fang lay on Harvey per my insistence he lost blood, and Anna was on Ronnie,  Vincent ran ,and Gale shifts flying above.

They ran quickly getting back to  the camp several of Russell friends are mauled, dead but " J Jess I'm sorry I got mixed up young, I he coughs blood regret not tr eating you right!"

I shouldn't ,have broken down the hard wall but my heart wouldn't listen " Russell, if you hadn't been involved with all those, women and the mob I might have given you a chance!" Now I can die happy! He ,drew his last breath and was gone.

" Help me bury these males!"  Vincent,  had a big hole dug in no time and we buried them,  getting back on the move we arrived in Camel Hump Valley.

I ,go to the Harvey, treats the wounded males Anna, and I sat with the other females ...Those males were bad! The fox female said " Yes, they got mixed up in things young  and what they are part of if they don't do ,what what is ordered they off them, they may be bad but it was an act of self preservation , I just couldn't let myself get mixed up with those people are powerful!"

I ,see a few other females looking nonplussed " You are a weak female!"  the blonde says. In what way?  Then, the brunette snaps back " Your picking up weakling strays!" Excuse me , but if you're talking about Harvey, I happen to value more than marks ! " Hmph what can possibly be more important?" Eudora came over.

Well for starters, his strength is his ,knowledge of medicine, and caring nature, also when choosing a male how about looking past external beauty ,and look at his personality, what do they do , how well do they get along with the others things like that !

"You ,chose the rabbit beast how can he feed you?" I , happen to enjoy vegetables, with my meat also he can learn to hunt, with traps like my clan sometimes do!

After, a few minutes of the other two blatantly gossiping ,about me to my face " Was your name Bailey?" Yes female! " How, did you end up with the trading party?"

We, we're attacked my mates got killed! " I'm sorry about that, your new mates won't take there place, but at least you will be fed and cared for!" I'll never accept that tiger!

" Why, Winston is a hunk and he's good to everyone?" He's scary,  you have him ! " I ,will accept him thank you Bailey!"   I sat there awhile Anna, was talking with the other two about my brother, and the strong relationship they had grown over the years " So, why didn't you take a male?"  Back home I am, the next to inherit the land also, I wanted a good male that wasn't superficial, with a big ego most are to a degree  but I'm not the kiss ass type , I want to work on our understanding, each other and our communication ,you can't love someone truly who doesn't put in effort too! " And that's a must!" Anna added .
