As the eye contact went deep I felt an urge to move toward her but from the bottom of my heart I don't want to I don't want to cheat on my first love. I broke the eye contact fake coughed Sara looked at me then slowly she started to treat my wound. I went to change my clothes meanwhile Sara went to the kitchen after a while she returned with soup and painkillers. I didn't want to eat those tablets but she was strict about that as a result I had to take those painkillers.
Soon my eyes started to feel heavy I drifted to sleep. I was in my deep sleep I felt a mixed climate around me I was shivering at the same time I felt like burning. I'm sure I got a fever but my eyes were fixed like glue I was unable to open them. Time passed by I felt a heavy object on my forehead time I didn't feel that and again I felt that heaviness in my forehead. Looks like someone is taking care of me I want to find out who is that.
Is that Allen or Sara with my full willpower I tried to open my eyes, but I could only open an inch I saw a long hair with a slim figure. So the person taking care of me was Sara my eyes gave off soon my body felt normal I think it was the work of a painkiller against my injury. The next morning sound of birds was musical to hear as I woke up I felt something heavy in my arms. I looked down to see sara was sleeping in my arms. "Has she slept like this the whole night after looking after me?" I said to myself, slowly getting done of bed without disturbing her sleep.
Unfortunately, I failed in that Sara was wide awake by now. " Am, I'm sorry to disturb your sleep," I said while scratching the back of my neck. "Ohh no, don't apologize it's not your fault I'm a light sleeper so a small movement in my surroundings can wake me up " I felt relieved to hear those words. "You don't have to go anywhere today I have called my dad he would come and check on you" Sara's tone was serious she was ordering me to do as she said.
She went to her room after like 10 minutes we had Dr. Ryle here, and now he was checking on me. "There are no major injuries just some injection and tablets would do, are you ok with that?" I nodded my head. He took out the injection first it's not new to me and there was no fear in me, something unexpected happened Sara sitting beside me was holding my arms tight with her eyes shut tight as if she was the one getting injected. I couldn't keep myself from laughing at her and she pouted at me I felt that she looked cute.
"I'm the one getting the medicine why are you fearing?" "I'm fearing in your place" Everyone in the room laughed at her words. Sara left the room Dr. Ryle gave me some medicine his job was done he had some unease in his eyes "Do you have anything else to say?" I asked " Can I go and talk to my daughter I want to know how her life is" he replied while looking down. "I'm not that evil to stop you from talking to your daughter, you can talk to her whenever you wish". Dr. Ryle seemed very happy and he hurriedly left Sara's room.
In the excitement he left his purse behind I tried calling him but he was gone before that, the moment Allen came in. "How are you now, man?" "I'm good, Allen can you give this to ......" I thought of telling Allen to give the purse to Dr. Ryle and I didn't intend to open the purse it was a pure accident. The photo she had in his purse made me shock I was looking at the purse Allen came nearer to me a looked at what I was looking at with shock. "Why are shocked by the photo Hebras it's just a childhood photo of Sara and grown-up Sara".
I shook my head as no "The childhood photo is not Sara it's Samira" Allen was now shocked to hear that " You mean the girl you loved in your childhood aka your first love Samira" I nodded my head. My head felt like spinning I caught my head and all the memories flooded back like reality. Allen came and sat near me trying to help me but it's not helping me a little bit.
*Flashback starts*
It happened when Hebras was 10 years old he was an orphan he used to wander on the streets of Madero. I would sit near a park and look at the person walking in front me just in the hope as someone would feel pity for me and get me a food. It worked sometimes as for other days I would sleep while starving. When it's a holiday I would see the children came to the park with their parents to spend the holiday. I feel envied, lonely by seeing the children and do nothing but hope to come out of this situation.
Just like that my life was moving on, one day unexpected thing happen. It was winter now so there would be no children coming to play and I was freezing in the cold. No one took mercy on me I was feeling anger about my situation that's when one little dog came near to my leg. I looked down at my leg to see that cute adorable creature.
"Zano where are you?" I heard a sweet voice of a little girl, that voice caught my attention. I turned around to look at a cute little girl that green eyes made something inside me. I looked at her, she came running towards me and picked up the little dog. "Hi, what are you doing her?" she asked me with her adorable voice.
I have no answer to reply to her. She looked around and again at me "Are you alone here? " I nodded my head. " Ohh, don't worry" with that she ran towards the exit. I have no idea what just happened, my mind has stopped its thinking capacity. " Here you go take this" I heard her voice again I turned towards my side and her standing beside me with a jacket and food on her hands.
