If only

When we get to the mall Mirage pulls into a secure place then transforms and walks out in his human form.

I hold Kris's hand and we walk inside. Mirage on my other side with his hands in his pockets.

We go through a few stores and I buy something from a few of them.

I buy some food for Kris and he eats happily while we walk.

Kris and I start talking about random stuff, laughing and smiling. Mirage smiling as well as he watches us.

Suddenly an old lady walks up to us with a smile.

"Ohh, what a cutie you are!" She says to Kris

"Uh..thank you" he smiles awkwardly

"And what a cutie you have here" she says quietly to me, pointing to Mirage

"Oh, yeah, for sure" I chuckle and blush

Mirage rubs the back of his neck and blushes too with a smile.

"You two seem like wonderful parents but your both so young!" She says

We both quickly look at each other and blush more while Kris starts laughing quietly.

"O-oh, no, no! We aren't um..." Mirage clears his throat

"No, no kids, I'm his sister" I point to Kris and laugh awkwardly

"Ohh, I'm sorry" she laughs

"Are you two planning on having kids?" She asks

"Um, we're not sure" I smile

"Well if you two decide to have kids, You'll make wonderful parents" she smiles

She waves then walks away and Kris starts laughing.

"No way that just happened!" He says through a grin

Mirage shakes his head with a smile and starts walking away.

We lost mirage for a while but then ran into him again and he had a bag, but he refused to tell me what he got.

We head to one more store then decide to leave since it's getting late.

"Wait" Mirage puts his arm in front of me

He suddenly picks me up bridal style then he steps over a puddle of water.

"Aw, you're such a gentleman" I smile and kiss his nose

Kris groans and makes a grossed out face.

Mirage sets me down and ruffles Kris's hair. I get on the other side of Kris and we each hold his hands.

We both start swinging him in the air and we all laugh and smile.

Once we get to the parking lot Mirage looks around then transforms.

"That's so weird" Kris says making me chuckle

We both get into the car and drive home.

"So, I was thinking maybe I could...meet your mom...tonight" Mirage says

"Oh, your definitely meeting ma tonight" Kris says

I look over at him puzzled

"Uh..nevermind" he says

"Kris" Mirage and I both say strictly

"I'm not supposed to say but...ma has a surprise for you and she's gonna tell you to invite him"

"Oh god, I told her I didn't want anything. I feel bad"

"She just wants to give you a lot since Noah didn't have a good childhood and well I.." He looks down at his hand
