We all have walls. How high they are is another question. These walls that we've got around us, are also under us. Holding us up, making sure no nasties get in. However, these walls can also keep out the good stuff. Relationships are hard to come by if you have your walls up high; friendships, romances, even family. If you have your walls low however, the good stuff is easy to let in, but the nasties also get in easy. This can lead to intense heartbreak, causing you to build your walls higher.

I've never had my (of course metaphorical) walls that high around me, I guess I've never had a reason to. I feel like people who have their walls up around them - even halfway - are always unwilling, they don't trust you. My life is good, average even. Average family, average grades, average life.

Now I'm in uni and having my walls down has been better than ever. I'm meeting new people everyday, making friendships that will last a long time.

I've never understood how people can manage to have their walls so high, until I met him. He drew me in, just my type. However, he spat me out 3 months later, and now my walls are as high as everyone else's who has been through this.

Hey! So I'm writing this for the Just Write It! Competition, so I'll probably take a bit longer to update PUD 'cause I have to write 10,000 words by the 10th of July (how am I going to do this??)
