Moon again??

[Alarm noises]
I turn off my alarm and sit up. I get dressed as usual and go out of my room to grab some food and go to work.

At pizza plex✨️

I park my car and walk into the building. Before I enter the daycare, Vanessa stops me.

"Hey! My favorite co-worker!-"
"You want something don't you?"
"Yes... can you work the night shift for the daycare?"
"Why-?"
"The person who does night shift is sick"
"How are they even alive?"
"What do you mean?"
"Dude, moon is violent!"
"The guy who does that shift is outside the actual daycare, though I would LOVE it if you did the shift inside-"
"Will I get extra pay?"
"Sure"
"K I'll do it!"
"Good to hear! Have a good day y/n!"
"You too"
As soon as Vanessa walked away I groaned and thought about EVERYTHING that could go wrong with moon.

After a while of thinking I started to walk off to the daycare to start the day.

I walk through the doors and look around for sun. He picks me up from behind and hugs me tightly.

"Sunshine!!"
"Sun! Be careful! My back-!"
He carefully puts me down.
"Right sorry-"
"Welp, let's get through the day"
"Right!"
He runs over to the supply closet and gets all the stuff we need for the day.

As usual I set up the tables while sun does his thing. As soon as I'm done setting up the tables I wait in front of the slide for the kids, after sun finished his part he joined me At the bottom of the slide.

Not to long after sun joins me all the kids pile down the slide and hurt a few in the process. Sun takes the boys that were harmed and took them to get patched up. On the other hand I took all the girls, all the kids who were not harmed went off to play tag, duck duck goose, or something totally random.
All the girls formed a line and I started to pach them up. They all had little bumps on the arm or something, I simply gave them a bandaid or a lollipop and sent them off to play one of the games the others were playing.

I looked over at sun and see him patching the same little things I was, though, since all the boys were a little more rough sun had a few boys with a scratch or two and had to clean a little blood. I looked back to the girl I front of me, she had darker skin with curly, black, hair put into pigtails. She had a white t-shirt on with a dark blue flower dress over top, she wore little black shoes that tied the outfit together. She also had a small tooth gap and blue eyes that made her look adorable.

"Hello! What you're name little one?"
I say giving her a lollipop.

"I'm Lynn!"
"What a beautiful name!"
"Thank you miss!!"
She runs off to her friend who look a little similar but with one ponytail and a different outfit. I sat on the floor sorta resting from helping all of the girls, sun walks over after finishing helping the last boy.

"Are you ok y/n?"
"Yea I'm fine-"
"You look, annoyed? Tired?"
"Annoyed."
"Why's that?"
"This morning Vanessa walked up to me and asked if a could do the night shift."
"But moon'll hurt you! And isn't there someone who already does that?"
"They're sick-"
"Oh no!- oh no no no no no! You cant!! Last time you were with moon he hurt you, bad!!"
"We can just keep the lights on-"
"After closing time the light automatically turn off!"
"Oh, well- I'll hide-"
"I can't stop it- just be carefully ok?"
"I'll try"
"Ok- we gotta look after the kids now"
"Got it-"
We both walk over to watch over the kids, sun joins in on the game of tag that had been started earlier.
I giggled to myself watching him get tackled ever few seconds. I watched from the side just relaxing and thinking how tonight would work out, I'd usually get off work by 8 or 9 but today I'd be able to go home by 6. That was a lot of time for everything to go either right or wrong, of course I was hoping on right.
I thought of possibilities for a while until sun stood in front of me.
