N i a n escorted Fayan to the guest bedroom, a space characterised by its simplicity. He gave a quick tour, pointing out where the essential items were stored.
" Thank you-?"
Fayan suddenly became aware that he wasn't sure if he had properly caught Nian's name or if he simply hadn't been paying attention during the introduction. He found his mind occupied with contemplating various ways to murder Talha, as if he had mentally assembled a list of 101 possible methods.
Nian chuckled in response to Fayan's comment. "You can call me Nian," he replied, a warm smile on his face. "And I am delighted to meet you."
Fayan's face wore a polite smile as he was interrupted by Nian, who had taken his hand without warning, making Fayan's frown deepen.
"Oh my god! You are such a divine beauty!" Nian enthused, his voice dripping with exaggerated admiration.
"If I were a girl, I'd ask you out on a date without a second thought!" He added with a giggle, gazing at Fayan with wide, doe-like eyes, causing Fayan's internal cringe to kick in.
"Thank you for your kind words," he responded, "but I happen to be straight."
Nian snickered, disregarding Fayan's sexuality.
" Honestly a man like you, is divine. Lol, I won't make you anymore uncomfortable so have a great night. On the telephone next to the bedside, press number 311 for any emergency contact, press number 312 for any butler to assist you. Have a good night Mr Fayan." Nian replied, slightly boring before departing from the room.
As Fayan dropped his coat on the bed, he immediately sneaked out a small button and started pressing against the wall , dragging it across until it let a beep right in front of the mirror.
Smart, but I am already too steps ahead idiot
Fayan snickered as he pressed his palm against the mirror to see any camera there. Probability was there he would be watched, but again that would prove how loyal an employee he was working within the ministry.
After taking great care to ensure that all was in order, he pretended to exhale a sigh of relief as he shuffled through the wardrobe for a fresh set of clothes. He then headed towards the washroom, stepping into the shower and allowing the warm water to cascade over his weary body.
He let out a sigh of contentment as he ran his hand through his wet hair, his body covered in the comfort of the bathrobe. As he went towards the balcony, the gentle breeze on the balcony caressed his skin, bringing a sense of freshness and tranquillity. The night was quiet, the only sounds being the occasional rustle of leaves and the distant hum of the city.
Quietly yet sneakily he attached his ear with a Bluetooth speaker, the connection was weak but he could hear it.
" Try to get the Alavi code as soon as possible, I suspect camera and voice recording in the room hence I am in balcony, a bit away from room"
