They adopted 1 kid and live together.
However everyone else also got happy endings
Emma became lawyer and part time judge and still visits her sister and even Noah and Cody sometimes.
Gwen and Courtney also live together and making up and breaking up with Duncan.
Sierra found a new crush and is starting to building a relationship with him.
And Owen took Noah's advice to eat less so he's starting to lose a few pounds and live a healthier life.
So Noah and Cody now live happily together with barely any problems in their relationship.
