Giyuu's POV:
It was already midnight when we arrived. There was no one on the streets. The lights from each house were off. The only thing that gave us some light was the half moon.
,,tsk. Come here", Sanemi said and pulled (y/n) towards a house.
"What are you doing -?", Tanjiro asked
"She obviously needs to look pretty and her sword? She needs to get rid of that", Shinazugawa said and then knocked on a door.
A man looked out of the window. He looked scared.
,,Who are you?", another young man..probably my age asked.
,,We're the demon slayer. May we come inside for a sec?", I asked
,,it's just the demon slayer cops father", the young man assured his father.
,,alright...come in", he said and then opened the door. To my surprise the door had 13 locks and it took a while until he opened each one. We walked in.
,,don't lock the door.", Sanemi said and just walked past them
"But-"
"I said. Don't.lock.the.door.", he repeated a little harsher
,,so..what your name young man?", I asked.
,,I'm Kian..and this is my father", Kian said and put his hand on his fathers shoulder
,,do you have a sister by any chance..?", (y/n) asked
,,my s-sister?", his voice became a little shaky
,,yes..?"
,,She has been lost for several months now...the demons..they..", he couldn't bring out the last few words.
(Y/n) put her hand on his shoulder.
"I'm sorry for your loss..", she said and held him close. The boy started crying. (Y/n) and the father tried calm him down.
,,Tsk , pathetic", Shinazugawa said
,,for fucks sake , shut up Shinazugawa!", (y/n) shouted
,,YOU DARE TO SPEAK BACK TO ME!? YOU-", he was about to finish his sentence when I stopped him
,,not here.", I told him and he just frowned but then calmed down again.
,,do you have any..old clothes from her by any chance ?", Tanjiro asked
"INOSUKE DONT TOUCH THAT!", Zenitsu started screaming. When I turned around there was Inosuke carrying a tiny spider on his hand.
"A SPIDER! HA HAHAHHAA", Inosuke started running after Zenitsu with the slide in his hand
,,STOP! NO!", Zenitsu screamed and ran out of the house
,,Guys come back!", Tanjiro followed them.
,,Tanjiro-!", as (y/n) was about to follow them I stopped her
,,they're gonna be fine on their own. You concentrate on the mission", I whispered in her ear
,,but-"
,,(y/n) don't make me force you", I frowned
She gave me a cold look turned around again.
,,so , can you show me the dresses?", she asked the young man.
,,yes , this way", he replied and they vanished behind some curtains.
Geez..what was it with that look?
,,I like her attitude", Sanemi said to me with a smirk
,,that's not normal for her", I muttered
,,Dude , you just stopped her from chasing after her family. You really think she's gonna smile at you?", Sanemi said..
He's right...fuck he is right!?
I sighed and jus kept quiet.

(Y/n)'s POV:
,,here..choose whatever you like. I'll be going now", the boy told me and left.
I'm front of me were 3 dresses. They were old but cute.
Which one would fit me..?
I looked at each one and then decided to take the last one.
I tried it on but it was a little tight on my hips.
Fuck..! Ugh!
I muttered some bad words under my breath and then finally looked at myself in the mirror.
Not bad...this should work.
After that I messed around with my hair and put some hairpins inside.
Mhm..looks okay I guess...?
