I was asleep cuddled up to my boyfriend Chris, then I woke up to a sharp pain in my stomach. At first I didn't know what it was then it hit me, my period. I shimmied out of Chris' grip carefully so I didn't wake him up. I got up and walked to the bathroom, got my self cleaned up and put in a tampon, then went back to bed.

I climbed into bed and Chris moved so his head was on my chest. " where did you go baby, I missed you" Chris sleepily mumbled "I went to the bathroom, wasn't even gone for 5 minutes how could you have missed me" I giggled.

All of a sudden I got a huge cramp and let out a whimper of pain. Chris' eyes sprung open and he looked up at me with a worried look "Whoa YN.. what happened, are you ok..?" Then I feel like crying, not because I'm embarrassed to tell Chris about my period cause I'm not we've been dating for 3 years it would be weird if I was still embarrassed about that, but I just feel like crying, But I stop my tears.
"I got my period this morning and I have really bad cramps" I say as I get another cramp. " Oh baby I'm so sorry, is there anything I can do?" He asks. I've always loved how thoughtful Chris is, he's always asking what he can do to help or to make me feel better, and even when I tell him that there's nothing he can do he still asks again.

" No, I just want to go back to sleep" I say holding him tighter. " Ok, sounds good to me, I love you" he said and starts rubbing my lower stomach to try and relieve some of the cramps. " I love you" I say drifting of into a deep sleep.

About 2 hours later I wake up and I don't feel Chris, I try to open my eyes but the light hurts my eyes " fuck" I mumble under my breath I have a migraine. I quickly put my head under my pillow and start to cry because of my cramps, my migraine, and because I miss Chris.

About 20 minutes pass and I hear the door open. I look at the door for a second to see who it was, it was Chris, then I put the pillow back on my face "Baby what are you doing?" Chris laughed lightly and lifts the pillow of my head. I rub my eyes and look up at him with my eyes slightly squinting.

His expression softens when he sees that I was crying "Aww..what's wrong YN" He asks sitting next to me on the bed pulling me into his lap. " I have a migraine now and my cramps are killing me, and I missed you so much" I say nuzzling my face in his neck and he rubs my back "I'm sorry baby, but I got you some stuff though" he sets me back on the bed and picks up a bag.

"I got you a heating pad cause I know it helps but ours was broken, I got you some chocolate, and some Gatorade and I brought you some Ibuprofen too" Chris says taking things out of the bag and sitting them on the nightstand. " Thank you so much babe" I say smiling up at him watching him opening the Gatorade and hand me the pills.

I take them and he climbs into bed with me " thank you Chris" I say leaning into his chest and he raps his arms around me " your welcome my love" He replies. We watch movies all day and eat snacks for the rest of the day.
