Jisung's POV

I pried my eyes open from the crust built up atop due to sleep, eyes squinting at the light.

Sudden pain surged through me as I slid my arms up the sheets to meet my head, assuming it would magically send the aching in my head away. I rolled over after my eyes adjusted to the new-found source of anger to see a room I've never seen in my life.

What the hell...?

Where am I?

I sat up, hands ruffling my hair. Searching the room from my spot on the cozy bed, my eyes landed on a slim figure snoring softly, sleeping in the arm chair across the room with deep gray walls. My eyes fell to his lips, a peaceful expression left while snoozing.

Who I identified as Minho, the handsome stranger I had met yesterday began to stir awake. I panicked and fell back into my resting position and pretended to sleep.

"YAH!" I heard a yell from downstairs, awakening the sleeping beauty in the chair.

"Goddamnit-" He sat up from his slouched pose to find me "sleeping". He back straitened as he stood, carefully tip-toeing to the bed and checking the clock beside me.

I felt a soft nudge come from beside me. I pretended to just wake and rub my eyes with a yawn.

"Morning." I spoke quietly, still playing the tired role.

"Morning." He said back in a deep, husky morning voice that sent chills down my spine and released the butterflies in my stomach. "I think it's time for breakfast, come on down when your ready. I'll be in the bathroom if you need me." He moved to the dresser below the extravagant window and sifted through a few drawers, finding the perfect outfit for the day.

"Alright." I said, not quite yet processing.

"Oh- wait!" He paused, and looked back at me. "Where should I change and into what?"

"Um..." He paused, thinking. "You can borrow some of my clothes...if you want.." He offered shyly.

"I can ask Chan-"

"No." He stood firmly.

"W-why not?" I conceded, configuring whether to be suspicious or not.

"'cause I don't want you to." He took a small step forwards.

"Why not?" Getting more suspicious as he wouldn't let off the topic.

"I already told you why." Another step.

"Why?" I cocked a brow, wondering what he'll say next.

"'cause." His harsh voice soon turned to a whisper as he approached closer.

"Why?" He rolled his eyes. I smirked, he smirked back.

"You know why." He finished off his sentence, falling towards me. He knocked my over, landing on the bed, him atop of me.

"Why?" I asked one more time, just to top it off.

Instead of a verbal answer, he leaned in. His breath at my ear was tickling my skin softly as his body slowly came down on mine.

"This is why." He paused and closed his eyes. I closed mine, excited for the moment that was about to happen. the butterflies were going wild now, glittering in my stomach.

Before our lips could touch, I felt a hand at my side.

The hand wiggled.

My other side.

I erupted in giggles while he tickled me.

"No! Minho, stop! No, no, NO!!" I screamed in laughter. He began laughing when I started tickling him.

We were now in a full-fledged tickle war, at each others' sides, breathing heavily. Both of our faces were red, chests rising up and down.

If someone were to walk in they would've thou-

"OMG I AM SO SORRY." Yongbok slammed the door behind himself, the foot steps scampering away. Me and Minho's stopped as we turned to each other in silence. We erupted into a roaring laughter before settling and getting ready.

We made our way downstairs freshly clean. I was in Minho's clothes; just a casual tee shirt and sweatpants that looked like they'd fall down to my ankles at any given time.

We both took a seat at the half full table of hungover men, morning biddings spreading the cheery air. Felix came down a couple minutes after me and Minho. When me and him locked eyes, I turned bright red as he wiggled his brows.

"Oi Felix!" Channie Hyung called out to the boy.

"Yeah, mate?"

"Can you go get the lemonade with the winky-face from the fridge? I heard it's good for hangovers." Lix just nodded and ran away to the kitchen.

We were still generally new to the castle, so it took him a bit to get back. But eventually, he made it back to the dinning hall that was now full with joy and laughter.

I'm glad everybody gets along! I know my brothers don't necessarily enjoy meeting new people, let alone make friends, I am glad for the Fire-Kingdom princes.

"Alright men," Chan said, standing at the head of the long table with a gold candlestick in his hand, stolen from the center of the table. "Our mission for the day is to celebrate part two of the parade: The Ball. The ball will be held in the ballroom at the center of-"

"No duh." Changbin rolled his eyes at Chan. "of course it's gonna be held at the ballr-"

"SILENCE." Chan pointed his candlestick at Bin then to his lips, shushing him. "The ball will be held in the ballroom at the center of town. All surrounding kingdoms will attend, eldest child of all must speak. The eldest child will then be given a civilian at random to dance with. The song will be chosen by the audience, first three suggestion style."

"This is gonna suck." I spoke under my breath, somehow being heard halfway down the table. Chan must be a bat, 'cause he heard me from the other side of the table and nodded.

"I am not too excited myself," He looked down at his hands. "But alas," He looked back up at us. "We must follow kings order."

"What does that mean?" Hyunjin questioned.

"All of the kings were out at a kingdom meeting, and agreed this morning. That's how I got the news so fast." I rolled my eyes.

"Our dad shouldn't get a say." Seungmin spoke up. "Jisung, brother, you've gotta expose him Infront of everyone." Everyone nodded in agreement, all eyes now on me.

"Wouldn't that expose me too?" I spoke nervously.

"Look at us!" Minho stood, wafting out his arms. "We're all obviously and openly gay in our kingdom and our people love us!"

"That's 'cause you guys are know to be rebellious and that's what people would expect of you. (no offence by the way)" Innie rose, winking at Chan jokingly. "It's not the same for us. We're taken very seriously and are found cute. The elders in our community won't appreciate us anymore and will probably abandon us and the settlement all together." Innie sat back down again after Minho.

"We'll find a way." Chan concluded. "Don't worry, you can count on us."
