Someone pushes him aside.
"I'm sorry about him, he hasn't stopped talking about you scince the flight." I stand there awkwardly. " hey, takumi." No I still don't like him. Something's off and I don't like it. I look behind my shoulder, I es definitely feels it too.
" OMG Y/N! YOU LOOK SO GOOD IM SO GLAD WERE DOING THIS !" And reira is here too. And  another blond named Naoki. So that just leaves-
" REN GET IN HERE AND STOP CHATTING WITH THE REPORTERS!"
Here we go. Now I really want to go fall in a hole. But I steel myself and Ines has already walked up behind me, almost to say if I run, she's gonna catch me regardless.
But then nobou and naoki turn me around and starts blabbing about how nana is doing and yasu and this other girl who is actually named nana as well? Weird right? But then- " alright, shall we start the official meeting for this collaboration?" Now I have to turn around. Facing things is hard, and I don't like it. But I'm being led by the arm into the board room by the arm, and I don't see much of anyone's face. But as I walk by, I smell the spice of a very familiar cologne. One that has haunted me for years.

(In the board room)

" ok so the managers will have their own private talk and you all can go out and get some fresh air! Your managers will call you when we need you to come back in."
I ran out the room as fast as humanly possible. Something was wrong with my eyelashes and they were poking my eye. I could barely focus on what I was reading in the contract.
After fixing my eyes and walking out, I get slammed, yes slammed, into the wall.
I look up.
And immediately look back away.
I'm grabbed by the chin and my head is forced front.
"Hi."

"Do you want to tell me why you have been avoiding me? And not just today, it's been years, (nickname) and I haven't heard-"
" don't call me that." I say.
...

"Don't call me that"
"You have a problem with your nickname now? Or is it just a problem when it's from me?"

A step is taken back. But his hands... they stay where they are. Like if he were to let go, I'd run away. I don't know what to think of him anymore.
....
" do you still love me ?"

Ines is right around the corner. If she were to see us like this she might just murder ren.

I run. Again.

And I leave him behind.
