chapter 1

Briar pov

It was 7 am and the alarm was going off and Max groans and turns it off and turns over and cuddles with me. Babe, we have to get up you need to go to work while I take care of the kids. Five more minutes. says max tiredly. I know my love but we got to get up but I promise that we can get a babysitter for the kids and we go out for a while? Do you think we can find one so fast? I can call around. Fine. He let's me go and goes gets into the shower and I get up and walk into the kitchen and make him his lunch and then start cooking breakfast. He walks into the kitchen with his kids in his arms. Axel see me and makes grabby hands for me and I walk to him and take Axel from him and I cuddle with Axel. Max get everything ready for his work and I put axel into the playpen so I can eat breakfast with Max. My phone rings and it's my best friend his sister. Hey girl, what's up? oh, we are sitting down for breakfast your brother is getting ready to leave now to go to work.

August pov.

I just got off the phone with Briar and I honesty miss her so much and my brother and my niece and nephew. I look at my boyfriend and that is m best friend brother I want to move closer to them. I agree I didn't think that they would move away from us. They start looking for apartments near them and they got the apartment next door to them. They start pack and they don't tell them that they are moving. Carter gets a call from his sister and I can hear her crying as something is wrong. He looks at me and tells me that he needs to fly out there that she is having a mental break down and she needs him. We ship everything out there and we get onto the plane. it takes about 3 hours to get there. We get to their apartment and Carter knocks on the door and Max opens the door and he is shocked that we are here.

Max pov

i'm waiting for the babysitter to come so we can leave. Little did I know that it would be my little sister and her boyfriend/ my girlfriend's older brother. I don't think my girl knows that her best friend and brother is at the door. I let them in and tell them that Briar is in the shower and I know that she is having a hard time that they live so far away from them and that's when they told me that they are moving in next door to us because they know that she is having a hard time being away from her brother and best friend. I heard the shower turn off and I go into our room and tell her to get dressed that someone is here to see her. She says ok and she throws on a tank top and shorts and she walks out of our room and stop in her tracks and starts crying as she has not seen her brother or best friend for over a year. Her brother picks her up and spins her around. What are you doing here? Love, you called me crying and I stopped what I was doing to come here to be there for you. 

Carter pov

I can't believe my sister doesn't remember calling me crying. Something is going on maybe he is hitting her or she is afraid of him. No that can't be it because he has a kid and I know that she loves him and he loves her. I am going to find out why she called crying.  Sis, let's go talk in your bedroom. We go into her room. Ok. now why did you call me? I had no one to watch his son and I wanted to go out and I couldn't find no one to watch him and I really wanted to spend time alone with him and I knew if I didn't find someone that we would have to stay home and I have something that I wanted to tell him. You could have texted me about it. Anyway we have news lets go back into the living room with the rest of them. They walk back into the room and I see her walk to Max and cuddle into him and that moment I knew she was in love with him. I pull August into my arms and says we are moving next door!!!!
