The gang arrived at the hospital, and SMG4 was put in the emergency room. They bandaged SMG4S head to stop the bleeding. Afterward, they began the surgery. As the surgery happened, the others all felt heartbroken that SMG4 was injured, and Tari was scared and heartbroken, thinking SMG4 might not recover. However, while the others were scared for SMG4, Mario was guilt ridden, believing he failed his best friend, and that if it wasn't for him being the Crimson Star, SMG4 might have been okay and had a happy life. Then, the doctor came to them.
Mario and Tari: IS SMG4 OKAY?!
Doctor: He'll be okay... He just needs rest. You said it was due to debris falling on him?
Mario: Yes... The Fearsome 5 attacked us, and during the fight between them and the freedom force, debris fell on his head and caused massive bleeding.
Doctor: ... I see. Don't worry. We'll do what we can to help SMG4 out.
Mario: Okay... (Walks down the hall a bit)
Meggy: Red, wait!!! I know you're upset, but we can't give up.
Mario: ...
Tari: Mario, he'll be okay.
Mario: ... Maybe I can use I.V.A.N to upgrade the machines and heal him faster.
I.V.A.N: I'm afraid I can't do that, Sir. 😔
Mario: Wh- Why not? 😟
I.V.A.N: I wasn't programmed for medicinal technology, and therefore, my upgrades can not do much.
Mario: ... DAMNIT!!!! (Eyes glow crimson)
Meggy: (Hugs him)
Mario: ... I'm sorry...

Rojo: Grr... That ballock is more powerful than we thought.
Killswitch: Indeed. Thankfully, I didn't get damaged that much, thanks to my armor.

Killswitch: Anyway, with the freedom force on our tails, and now the Crimson Star, we're gonna need a plan B.

Rojo: (Gets her blaster out) WHO'S THERE?!
Gear Head: Me, you dumbarse!
Rojo: Oh... Sorry Master.
Gear Head: It's alright... I have a backup plan for this. I will send Mario's location and upgrade weaponry for you 3 to use during the rematch. Do not fail me again... OR ELSE!!
Fearsome 3: Y- yes, sir.
Back at the hospital.
Mario: ...
Meggy: (Hugs him)
Mario: Cheers, love...
Meggy: You're welcome.
Then, the freedom force came in.
Soundwave: Mario, we want to apologize for what happened to your friend.
Mario: It's not your fault... But those assholes are mine...
Hindsight: You can not do this by yourself. You need assistance.
Mario: No, I can! I just need to make a plan.
Hindsight: (Sees a vision) MOVE!!!
Mario: Huh? (Gets knocked back by an explosion) UGH!!!!
