The day my life changed forever

Part 3

Lily's POV-
"Right come on then Lily, go and get your stuff packed then and we will come and pick you up tomorrow." Karen said. Charlie and Leondre came and gave me a hug and then went.
I slowly walked up the stairs and went on my iPod and then got my stuff ready. It didn't take very long as I have not got that much stuff. I left my makeup and clothes out for tomorrow. It was around half 8 when I had finished packing and only had around half an hour till I had to go to bed because in the care home we had early bed times. I decided to get a bath so I went and ran it. When I had finished I got out and went downstairs, got a drink and then went to bed. I slowly fell in to a really deep sleep.
"Lily, Lily wake up you've got an hour." Sarah shouted up the stairs. I woke up and realised it was the day I left this place. I was so happy but then realised it was Sunday and we only had a week left in the holidays. I got changed and put some makeup on then dragged my suitcase down the stairs. There was a knock at the door and Sarah opened it. Karen was stood at the door. She signed a few papers and then we could go. I climbed in to the front of the car and said goodbye to Sarah. "Lily, Do you want to put some music on?" Karen said as we drove off. "Yeh please." I replied. Even though I said I was happy to be leaving I was really going to miss everyone as they were like family to me. A tear escaped my eye and I wiped it with my sleeve before Karen could notice. We finally arrived at the house, it was so big. I suppose it would be see as though Karen, Charlie, Brooke, Victoria, Leondre, Joey, and now me live there. I went to get my stuff out of the back of the car but Charlie ran out the door and came to help. I stepped inside the house and I was so worried that I wouldn't settle.

Charlie's POV-

We all was so excited for Lily moving in, but I think Leondre was the most excited. A girl his age was moving in. I think him and Lily are going to get on fine.

Lily's POV-

As I stepped in to the house Brooke and Tilly ran up to me and gave me a really big hug. They both said "Please can you play with us?" I looked at them and smiled then replied "Yeh, I will when I'm all sorted." They looked and me and smiled and then said "Pinky promise." We did the pinky promise and then they ran off.
I really think I'm going to like it here.
