Background information: Liliana is the first daughter who grew up in the burrows under the land of Ooo where she was raised by her parents, from whom she learned a great deal about natural sciences, music, and climbing. Liliana grew up underground, with no windows, and went to school with lots of other kids.
Her mother passed away after giving birth to her baby sister Katy, when she was 5 years old while her brother was 7, it broke their hearts when they lost their beloved mother, they were greatly devastated by her death. They did everything in their power to raised Ruby with a little help of the cat family and realized that Diana would always be there for them even when they can't see her so they did their best to raised Katy as a happy family like they used to before Diana passed away.
One day while Joseph, Henry, Liliana and Ruby were climbing, an evil monster attacked their underground burrow. Joseph threw his daughters into the canal to save them. He and his son Henry intended to follow his daughter's through the canals to the surface but is blocked by the collapse of the tunnels and burrow
After Joseph pushed his daughters into the canal to save her from the monster, she arrives on the surfaces along with Katy. There she is forced to fend for herself to protect her little sister. She meets four Handsome boys and starts on her adventure to find her home again.
