SURVIVER (vigilante deku)

~-Eraserhead/Chap 4-~

Eraserheads POV:

After a few minutes of waiting I could tell he was waking up. Confused, He looked around probably wondering why he was still here until he noticed me. He was surprised and jumped back about to fall off the building again but I couldn't let that happen and used my capture scarf to stop him from falling. But this time was different. I had a hard time pulling him up just to realize he was trying to actually escape and fall. This caught me off guard. A kid no, a literal eight year old was trying and WILLING to die Infront of a hero too! What did this kid go through to be like this? He is literally so young and here he is. He should be playing with others his age, learning in school, having fun with friends! (yeahhhhhh norrrr he cantttt) I could hear him muttering things, sounds like ways he could escape. Heh not on my watch. After some time later he gave up and I pulled him back. ''So mind telling me on why a kid like you is trying to commit suicide?'' I asked ''...'' no answer. Alright then... what's your name?'' ''I-Izuku'' He stuttered. ''Ok then Izuku, so- '' ''Why did you save me?'' ''huh?'' ''Y-you saved me. Why?'' ''Your really asking me why I saved you? Well its because 1 your an 8 year old trying to commit and 2 I'm a hero and that's what heroes do. They help people in need.'' I was confused yet curious on why he would ask such a thing, yet answered his question.

''S-sir I h-have a question. Can someone without a quirk become a hero?''

Now this took me back why would he ask that? I thought on reasons to why he would ask that but then it hit me. He's probably quirkless. 

 ''Even if you don't have a quirk doesn't mean you cant be a hero. Quirks are just a bonus for a person. Someone without a quirk can become a hero BUT they will need a lot of training compared to ones with quirks.''  He looked at me. His eyes shocked and happy and then he asked me. ''You really think that?'' ''No I know that. Yes its true someone without a quirk CAN be a hero but they just lack of training and experience to become one. If they train a lot more than ones with a quirk then they will be stronger. and besides not everything is all about quirks'' I didn't know what happened next but the kid suddenly had tears in his eyes. I told him to let it all out and he did. 'Poor kid' I thought to myself. 

After some time of calming down we chatted and gazed at the sky. The moon was glowing and the stars were shining as bright as can be. It was a lovely sight. 

''U-uhhmm I didn't get to know your name sir.'' 

''The names Eraserhead.'' ''O-Oh ok! But i have another question...How come I've never heard of you before?''

''Im an underground hero. Underground heroes are heroes who stay in the dark protecting people at night or just don't like the spotlight like me'' He looks at me shocked and because of that I knew he didn't know about underground heroes. Well cant blame him he's still eight.

We realized it was late and went our separate ways. My gut told me things are fine now and I didn't need to worry about him anymore but I still wasn't sure and I had a loud cockatoo probably worrying about me so I decided to not follow any further.

IZUKU POV:

I went home and as expected the door was locked. I climbed the tree leading to my room as always and I was lucky I wasn't caught by the neighbors this time again thinking I was a thief. (LOL-) Instead of sleeping I decided to research the name Eraserhead and underground heroes. I found a lot of things about underground heroes and a few things about them. There wasn't much for eraserhead Tho because it was only a 1 second video. It wasn't even helpful because it was really blurry. The articles were helpful Tho. There were a lot of articles from the people he saved and I read them. Still not pleased with what I found out so I hacke- looked for some other things and found out even more about this hero. He seems really interesting. I maybe young but I have a bigger mind than others. Everyone thought I had an intelligent quirk before i was announced...quirkless.

I was getting bored and felt tired so I went to bed.

                                                                      RISE AND SHINE( aka in the morning)

The light from my window was shining as bright as ever making me get up from my slumber. I realized it was a Saturday. Getting up from my bed I was about to go downstairs when suddenly I heard some chit chatting. I peeked and saw that it was my ''sister'' and ''father''. Not wanting to get caught listening to them I hid behind the stair rails making sure they don't see me. My father knew something was up and looked around almost getting me caught. But luckily he didn't see me.

'WHAT' How could they say that about me?! I know I'm worthless and all and that they know but they don't need to say it!

Anger.

That was all that was in my head as they continued to mock and make fun of me. I wanted to leave but something was telling me to stay a little long and I found out why.

'that b*st*rd'

I had enough and went to my room shutting the door lightly to make sure they wouldnt hear me and think that I heard them talk. As I plopped on my bed voices came out of my head once again.

'Ughh not noww please...' I begged but it looks like that didn't work at all as it only got worse and worse. I was having a headache
