Michaelus and Rias are in his room together and he actually comforting her because she was being peeped at by the Perverted Trio.
Rias:*crying*And Issei has not stopped his obsession with being the Harem King. He won't stop until someone gets hurt.
Michaelus: I will deal with him later, Rias.*kisses her cheek, calming her down*
MoonPhoenix: Michaelus sweetie, is that Rias?
Optimus: You brought Rias here?
Michaelus: Mom, Dad, I did and she was being peeped at by the Perverted Trio. I will contact Soundwave to capture those three in 4K.
And so, Soundwave did just that. The Perverted Trio was caught and exposed on recording and in 4K. Issei, Matsuda and Motohama were captured and expelled from Kuoh Academy for invading female privacy.

Grayfia: Riser Phenex was outraged by the news of you being engaged to Lady Rias. He orders you to fight him outside of the Kuoh Academy Courtyard to the Death.
Michaelus: Tell the other members of the Gremory and Phenex households that I will fight him.
Grayfia: Take care of her, please.*she then takes her leave*
