New message from herbie-

"Hey y/n/n, most of the boys are coming to the drive in. When did you want me to pick you up?"

"Hey Herbie sounds good pick me up around 5:30"

I started getting ready for the movie, I did light makeup and just wore sweats trying to be comfy.

I hear a loud knock on the door and then a,
"I'll get it" from my brother

I walk out to find Herbie in all black sweats I stop in my place as my jaw dops

Herbie looks down at his out fit "what wrong with this"

I giggle to myself I grab my bag and walk out the door.

I sit in the back seat, so unfair. But I'm not gonna lie Herbie driving is so hot.

On his ute he has a attached trailer this at the back, and he brought pillows and blankets so we can sit there.

Once we get there a few of the boys were already there. We pull up next to them as I get out of the car greeting an huging them

I turn around to help Herbie set up the back of the ute.

As I walk away I hear "gyatt" from behind me I giggle to my self to embarrassed to turn around.

"All done" I say before Herbie lifts me up on to the ute and then lifts himself up and sits next to me

"This is so cute"  I say looking out at the sun set behind the big screen.

I turn to Herbie to see him looking at me admireingly. I smile.

"Its beautiful" he says still looking at me.

"Hey guys" I hear reece come over sitting in-between us "you right there?"

"Yeah just wanted to make sure you guys could share me, because you know you love me so much" he smiles proud of himself.

I giggled " okay I'ma get some snacks y'all want some"

They both shake there head no.

Herbies point of view

Y/n just left to get some food before the movie started leaving me with Reece.

"So whats up with you and y/n" Reece says taking a sip of his drink.

"Nosy much" I snarkel " but nah were just friends"

He nods his head taking another sip of his drink.

" I'm gonna go to the toilet before the movie starts" I get up off the ute and walk up the hill.

I see y/n I smile to myself. But I see her with a guy, I stop in my place examining what I'm looking at.

The grabs her hand trying to lead her to behind the canteen.

She looks a bit concerned but still goes. I sigh to myself following after.

Y/n point of view

"Come with me I wanna show you something" this guys I was talking to said as he pulls my arm towards the back of the canteen.

I just had a bad feeling about this.

He pulls me into the part of the drive-in where noone could see.

I close my eyes trying to imagie my self somewhere else.

"Stop, wtf" I hear someone yell and then some rusling.

I didn't open my eyes I just rolled down the wall curling up into a ball.

I feel someone wrap there arms around me as I flinch.

"Hey y/n, your okay it's herbie, don't worrie." I open my eyes to find Herbie Infront of me. The guy was gone it was just me and Herbie.

"Herbie" I cry " I'm sorry, I didn't want him to do that but he wouldn't stop"

"Don't apologise, your okay now." He says rubbing my arm " come one let's go watch the movie and we can go to the police in the morning"

I nod standing up following after him.

We get back to the ute as Reece insists he must sit in-between me an Herbie.

A few minutes into the movie I curl into reece as he wraps his arms around me.

Reece has always been my comfort person.

"Reece" I say, he softly moan back in response " I need to tell you something" I wisper trying to not let anyone else hear.

"What's up?" He asks

" so when I went to get food there was this guy and I was talking to him just being friendly and he pulled me away an tried to get with me even tho I said no and Herbie came and helped me"

He sits up staring at me as I see anger form on his face.

"Come with me" he says grabbing my hand pulling me away "show me who it was"

"Reece I don't want you to get introuble"

" I'm not gonna do anything I'm just gonna give him a good talking to" he say looking around not looking at me

" Reece" I say grabbing his face. " come back with me, sit with me please I need you right now"

He finally looks at me his face softens taking me back to the ute where patty and Herbie were sitting.

I lay back next to Reece as he sits next to patty and Herbie on the other side of patty.

I go back to watching movie and just as I start to relax I see the guy walk past.

I sit up watching him walk in front of the ute winking at me. Herbie stand up walking over to him.

"Who's that? What happened?" Patty asks.

"That guy tried to rape your sister" Reece standing up walking over to the guy who now has a smile on his face as he talks to the two boys.

Patty ended up walking over yelling at the guy about to hit him.

I jump up grabbing Patty's arm, " it's not worth it please, just take me home"

Patty looks down at me and nods as we walk to the car, Herbie drops us off.

Later that night he calls me.
