Want to know my favorite part of a smile
How good it is at hiding things
Some smiles hide guilt
Some hide sadness
Some hide anger
Some hide pain
Smiles hide everything
It's a way to lie
And life is one beautiful lie
Despite all of this
I'm glad to give a smile
But I won't forget your sins
My sins
Our sins
Their sins
And the sins not yet committed
Aren't smiles fun
I think so
Just remember
You're never fully dressed
Without a smile
