It is 6:30 in the morning. This is the time when Noor has been waking up lately. She suffers from darkness under her eyes due to her frequent awakenings at night due to insomnia. She also suffers from a headache as a result of not getting enough sleep, or in fact as a result of her getting enough sleep during the day, because this's how she has been spending her days escaping from her responsibilities during the day by sleeping, watching sad movies, and listening to depressing songs, as a form of self-flagellation for the depression she has been suffering from since the age of seventeen, the depression that she can't recover from it or even live with it.

She was an introvert all her life, but she had some friends at certain stages in her life. She loved them very much and treated them as if they were her second family, but in the end they betrayed her. However, loneliness was not her problem. On the contrary, she enjoyed it and sometimes it made her feel strong. She had no problem living alone , far from people. But even the strongest people go through moments of weakness, and what hurt Noor was that she had no one to support her in these moments.
Noor was not close to her family or to her sisters, and even though they were educated, they did not view her depression as an illness, but rather as a kind of fear of taking responsibility and coddling by Noor bcs she's enjoying playing the victim.

BUT this morning was different.. When Noor looked in the mirror and saw herself, God it had been a long time since she looked at herself in the mirror. She started crying when she saw how pale she was. She was supposed to be in her prime in her twenties, but...damn depression.!!
that's when she made this decisive decision. She took her laptop and started looking for fully funded scholarships for students, for the first time in a long time, she was excited. Noor was one of the most intelligent hard working students at the university with a very high GP that made her colleagues call “Nerd ” as kind of insult but deep down she wasn't hurt, studying was the escape she used to do to stop her mind thinkingof her depression during college days. But currently one of the reasons her depression and mental health is getting worse is because she didn't find a good job after five years she spent them staying up late and studying so hard , she was jobless still taking money from her parents, while her colleagues who were not studying half of what she was studying got jobs immediately after graduation. At that time, Noor felt the importance of social life (note to the future).

After a few hours of searching, she found a fully funded scholarship for a PhD in Clinical Pharmacy in Ireland. Noor sent the required documents and papers, awaiting a response.
