"It's dark, we should start heading back.." the man said pulling his wife near.
She grips his arm tightly. "Yeah, you know what'll happen if we stay out too long.."
The couple starts to walk back to there home. Its dark. Like most of the time. Esperia isn't exactly known for its light and nature. The sun only comes up for 3 hours a day, and when the suns away, the supernaturals come out to play. Which makes Esperia the biggest supernatural territory.
The couple pauses, a slight rustle comes from behind the tree next to them. "Do you h-hear that??"
The man and his wife look at the tree as his wife shakes his head. "It's just the wind, now keep going your starting to freak me out."
The man continued staring. "What wind?" He thought to himself.
They continued there path home only to find themselves at a dead end. "What the hell? Are we lost?" his wife exclaimed
"No... this is the path we always go"
The man touched the wall and the rustling sound returned. His wife gripped his arms in fear. "W-what... what is that s-sound?" she stuttered.
They looked around but there was nothing to be seen. Then, out of no where, a boy wearing a black cloak appeared from the tree. He jumped high in the air and jumped right for the man and his wife.
"NO- NO PLEASE NO!" the wife exclaimed
With only his bare fingers the man and his wife's necks were slit, as there heads slowly fell down onto the sidewalk. The boy got up, his cloak flowing into the air looked up with a dull expression.
W-..why? " the man grasped out as he took his last breath.
"...filthy humans."
The boy took his fingers and dipped them into the man and his wife's neck. He then continued to write on the stone wall
