The Summer Break

                                            Luna's POV........
I woke up abruptly due to the bright light coming from the opened curtains. My stomach grumpled indicating that I was hungry. I looked around the room mesmerized. It was indeed luxury

I wandered around the room, it had a walk in closet, a fireplace and another luxurious bathroom. I stepped in the closet to find out that my stuff had been moved in. I took a shower and clearing my head once again because of dad's death. Then I wore this.👇

I opened the door and saw maids working all over, so I asked one of them if they had seen Leonardo. She directed me to his study. I knocked the door, and when it opened my green eyes met a pair of blue eyes.
He had silky black hair everything on his face literally screamed perfect.

"Luna, come in" I stepped in and even his study looked neat and luxurious. "Have you had breakfast yet" he asked me interrupting my thoughts. "No" I answered. "You didn't eat yesterday, come let's go eat" he offered his hand to me. "Thank you"I murmured grabbing his veiny hand.

As we stepped down the staircase, the maids working gave way and bow their heads down in respect. The place was indeed enormous and luxurious. "Diana!" Leonardo called. I supposed that it was a maid. He asked her to serve breakfast. The dining room was beautiful. It had a chandelier lighting and the walls were painted black and golden. The tables was big and long, you could lay on it comfortably. It held 15 chairs. He lived alone so why this many chairs. The food was brought in. And gosh it looked like we were having Thanksgiving. The maids and butlers gathered around, then we started eating. As soon as the food was in my mouth I forgot about everything around me and moaned. "Delicious" I complimented the food.
The chef who made it stepped forward and bowed, thanking me.

"This is Luna, She's is going to be staying here and is my fiancée I expect you to call her Young miss or Miss Vasquez. Never refer to her by her first name, give her respect for if you do not you will face the consequences" Leonardo said turning serious all of a sudden. "Luna, will you be going to the university today?" He asked me. I wasn't ready because of dad's death and all those things so I decided not to go today.
"Whenever you are ready, I have to leave now I have a lot of work to do..but the maids will show you around. Good bye for now"

                            ****In Luna's Room****
I switched on my phone and it was exploding with messages. "Weird.." I called my best friend, Cassandra.
"Girl!? Are you for real!" Was how she greeted me "Well good morning to you too " I greeted sarcastically. "We are on summer vacation if you should know so if you're planning on coming don't" She said ignoring my comment. "We have loads of assignments, so I'll come over to hand out some copies to you okay?"
"Yeah thank you" I went on to tell her about dad's death and where I am right now. Almost spilling my tears, which I had held. "Don't worry I'll come over to where ever you are. I am so sorry ".......

The maids showed me around the mansion, the garden,the spacious library, his room which was locked for some reason and his study which was also locked, the kitchen,the dining room, the gym, the backyard pool,the pantry,the tenis court and the movie room. The whole Mansion was beautiful, there was a fountain in the middle. The house was structured in a U shape. Each of the 27 rooms had a balcony with an amazing view.

I busied myself by watching movies on my laptop and reading in the library after I had lunch with the maids of course.

When the sun set Leonardo came back home and I told him about the summer vacation we had for 3 weeks.
He also told me that we were traveling to Italy tomorrow because he had some Business over there and wasn't going to leave me over here all alone.
Once I was back in my room I sat on my bed checking the time it was 8:43 pm. I picked up a book from the table and started reading with two thoughts on my mind ITALY AND THE LIFE I WAS NOW GOING TO LIVE.
