SCINTILLA Corp. (or more commonly known as SCINTILLA Music) is an independent record label founded by Han Seok Byeong and Kim Eun Kyung in 2016. SCINTILLA Music is currently home to five active groups and two active soloist and is due to debut a new global-girl-group by the end of October called, Lum(in)escence (OT7) through their second survival show called, "NXT:1".
Now, what does SCINTILLA MUSIC believe in. They believe in one thing and one thing only... Diversity Is Key. In a recent interview that Kim Kyung- had done she had said, and I quote, "When Han and I first thought about opening our own label the most important thing that we valued the most was diversity. Kpop is listened to by everyone all around the world so why can't everyone around the world be kpop idols too?" SCINTILLA MUSIC is officially the most diverse entertainment company in South Korea as of 2023. About 48% of their employees and idols are all non-Korean.
