Dre's POV
"Last lap fellas!!"
"Damn, coach got us running like hell." Jordan says as he catches up to me.
"Yeah..I know."
"Do you know why?" He asks.
"Shit most likely because we was late." I tell him.
"Alright!! That's enough. Lockeroom." Coach yells.
As we go into the lockeroom I notice Coach Parks following us. This could only mean one thing. He about to come in here and preach to us. Not literally preach, but lecture us.
"Everybody have a seat."
"Here we go" Jordan sighs coming to sit beside me.
"Now. How many times do I have to say being here and on time is important. Our first game is in two weeks, and I still don't have my starting line up. You wanna know why? It's because I have some that is here everyday and on time, but they need work. Those that I have in mind to help them get better are either late all the time or not here. That's not fair to the ones who want to get better and get some where in life. Let me not get on everybody's grades. By the looks of things there are only three people on this team that is passing their classes, and is capable of playing. So, from now on we will be having study hall every Monday and Friday from 10am-1pm. Tuesday, Thursday we'll go in the weight room at 10am and finish at 5pm. Finally, Wednesday and Saturday we will be having practice from 8am to 3pm. Any questions? No, good."
Just as he was about to leave he turns around.
"Oh yeah, anyone that isn't here today tell them not to worry about coming back. Tell 'em to bring their uniform in tomorrow afternoon. Dre, Jordan my office before you leave."
He looked at us two, turned around and left.
"Shit man, what do he want now?" Jordan ask putting up his things.
"Who knows."

Kenzi's POV
"Jasmine! Right here, I'm open!" I yell running towards the goal. She passes it to me and as I go to score I get pushed hard as fuck in the back, and down I go.
"Damn bitch!" I turn around to see Sarah extend out her hand. "You know this is only practice right?" I ask taking her hand.
"Yeah, my bad." She say helping me up.
As I stand up on my feet I stumble back, and start to feel sick. I'm standing there looking at Sarah talk, but nothing is coming out. Not only am I not hearing what she's saying but coach is still going on with practice, and they are moving so slow.
"Kenzi, are you okay?" Sarah ask looking at me weird.
"Uh yeah. I'm good."
"You sure? I mean you don't look too good. I think you should go sit on the bench and get some water."
"Sarah I'm fine."
*whistle blows*
"Kenzi! Sarah!" Coach motion for us to join the huddle.
Sarah and I both take off in a jog. It's so hot out here. My legs and eye lids are heavy and weak that my legs start to ache, and my eyes start to burn. Once again everything moves slowly and I hear nothing. It seems like it's taking me for ever to get to them. My head starts spinning and my feet slips from under me and I fall flat on my face. Within every blink I see the girls and coach running to me getting closer and closer. Right before my eyes go completely shut I see coach and hear her say "Call 9-11!"
