"When did you planned all this?", Naina asked taking her seat in car.

"Seat belt lagao", he said observing her and started the car only once she put the seat belt on.

"Around the time they are planning this year New Year's party. I suggested the theme for music can be 90's songs", he said looking at road keenly.

She looked at him and he turned to give her a small smile.

"Kyu?", she asked looking down fidgeting with her bracelet.

"Kyu matlab? Don't you like it? I thought you liked the lineup", he asked in concern.

"I thought you suggested because you liked them", she said with a quick glance at him.

"Naina....I suggested because we both liked it...it's something we enjoyed together....I just want to do something for you....tumhe bura laga?", he asked looking sideways at her.

She shakes her head, "it's....it's actually really nice....thanks". She mumbled.

She is looking away from the window. It's more than nice...it's very sweat actually. But all this cute gestures from him are never abnormal. He used to do them earlier as well. When she fell for him...but turned out she was nothing special for him.

"Kya hua?", he asked patting her shoulder.

"Umm....", she got startled.

"I was thinking ki it's already late....subah fir hadbad hogi. Let's pick Chikki now", she said.

"Now?", he checked his watch. "It's very late...isn't it?".

"Han par....it's new year. Chikki ke bina ajeeb lagega na", Naina said stealing eyes.

He looked at her for a second.

"Itna late kaise unke ghar jayenge Naina?", he asked.

"Let me msg Rishu's Mom. If she responds back and they are awake, we will pick Chikki. Vaise bhi yahan se pas hi hai unka ghar", Naina said taking her cell phone.

Rajveer stopped the car parking it in side of the road.

Naina is busy messaging him when a truck passed almost touching the car, honking loudly.

Rajveer shivered and closed his eyes. Everything flashed before his eyes.

Naina who is busy chating on phone, didn't realised his situation.

"They are awake. Unke ghar par kuch guests aa gaye the. They are still there. Chikki is asleep to use pick kar lete hai", Naina said turning towards him.

She found him precipitating with cold sweat.

"Raj...", she said pressing his shoulder.

He turned towards her with scared eyes, "Naina....".

"You are ok?", she asked when he pulled her close to hug her.

Naina is completely perplexed over his reaction.

"Vo...vo ...truck...I ...I", he fumbled when she understood and tightened the grip around him.

They stayed like that for couple of seconds. Naina unknowingly is rubbing his back to relax him. Another honk from a vehicle broke their reverie. They separated slowly. He is looking at her intensely. She is feeling his eyes different today which is making her nervous.

"Vo Rishi ki mummy ne kahan ki we can pick up Chikki", she whispered.

He nodded and breathed through his mouth to get his mind back.
