Mikey was knocked out, passed out cold on my chest. We weren't officially a thing, but we were heading in that direction. Honestly, it often felt like he was dodging the whole commitment thing. My mind started to wander as I kept my eye on the TV show playing in the background. The sun was dipping low, casting a warm glow in the room. I thought about snagging a selfie to capture this cozy scene, but Mikey was all up in my personal space, making it tough to frame the shot. Just as I was about to grab my phone, his phone lit up with a notification.A mischievous notion crossed my mind. I reached out, slyly nabbed his phone, and unlocked it using his fingerprint. My smirk got wider as I cracked open his Snapchat. I inched closer to Mikey, making sure he was in the frame, and snapped a pic. Without a second thought, I sent it out to all the girls on his Snapchat, except his sister.Time seemed to drag on as I lay there, soaking in my crafty move. Eventually, Mikey stirred, and I knew it was time to make a swift exit. No way was I staying the night after that stunt. Guilt was nipping at my conscience, but I wasn't thinking straight at the time. I skedaddled as quietly as possible, and although Mikey seemed suspicious, he didn't push it.When I left his place, I couldn't shake that lingering guilt. It wasn't until I was safely home that I decided to take a bath and slip into my silky nightdress. I poured myself a glass of wine and munched on some fresh garlic bread, trying to kick back while catching a show. Then, my phone buzzed with a notification. I hesitated but finally checked to see who it was. To my shock, it was Mikey. My heart sank as I read his message: "Get down here. I'm waiting." A chill ran down my spine as I considered how to respond. I was a few stories up in the apartment building, but I slowly made my way downstairs. As I opened the door, there he was, blocking the entrance. "Hey, what's good?" he greeted. I answered back, and he grabbed my hand, pulling me closer to him. His touch had me feeling all kinds of tingly, and he gently tipped my chin, locking our eyes together in an intense stare-down. I couldn't help but feel a swarm of butterflies as I gazed into his hypnotic hazel eyes."Y/N, what you did wasn't cool," he started, letting out a heavy sigh that filled the space around us. "But it got me thinking about us." There was a nervous tremor in his voice, and you could see the fear of getting turned down in his eyes.I put both my hands on his cheeks, my fingers tracing his face's lines. Moving my head in closer, I whispered, "Mikey, I've been wanting this for a minute now."
