"Now now! THAT is an accusation!" A pathetic giggle comes out of her wrinkly lips.

I'm perplexed. How could she have been friends with my mother. My mother was a sweet person, unlike this ugly hag.

"No. I've never seen y-you before."

I don't remember her. I was always was by my mothers side. She was always by mine. We were all each other had. The world was falling apart, but when we were together we made a rock. Solid ground. Comfort.

I looked at her. Looking at her face. Trying to find any sign of a lie. A sign that she was lying. I couldn't .

"You, are going back to that forest and getting what we have asked you to do for years now. You, will go in there and get it. Do you understand me? Or do I have to spell it out."

A nurse walks up with a needle. She pulls out my are and sticks it into my arm pushing clear liquid into my body. I fell dizzy, and I see dots again. Then blank
