Clarification at the end of the episode when the team finds Reid we don't know what happens after so took it upon myself and write what i think happened 

"There is only one bullet in that gun boy" Tobias said coldly in the personality of his Evil father Charles, Spencer was willing to take that risk after seeing the lights of police and his team and he has been a profiler long enough to know if he didn't do something Tobias other personalities would do something and it wouldn't end will, Spencer closed his eyes as Charles stepped towards him Spencer who was freezing cold fumbled with the trigger for a second then took the shot a loud bang rang out Spencer opened his eyes and saw Tobias stumble and fall to the floor "REID" He heard his team member Derek Morgan say, Spencer ignored the yells from his team calling his name, as he roses from the ground he walked toward the almost lifeless Tobias stumbling slightly Spencer dropped back to the ground "Will i ever get to see my mom again" Tobias said with his last breath in his original self  "Sorry" the only words Spencer could mutter in that moment, cause he knew Tobias was good he just had a horrible past.

A few seconds later he felt a pair of hands touch his shoulder helping his off the ground it was their unit chef Aaron Hotchner (Hotch) he helped Reid to his feet before pulling him into a reassuring hug "I knew you'd understand"Reid said shakily and sounded like he was about to cry, Hotch while hugging the younger man cold feel he was shaking bad, he assumed it was because everything he'd been through and the freezing Georgia air(I was winter there after all), he hugged the younger man until he saw JJ come over he slowly pulled away from the hug and helped him over s that JJ could hug him and she did they two stumbled a little but where able to find their footing "I am so sorry"JJ said she had tears falling down her face relived that Reid was finally safe "It's not your fault"Reid reassured her and they pulled apart Gideon then came over and put a hand around Reid waist offering support for the younger man and the the others started to walk back Gideon was about to strt waling Reid out when Reid asked "Can I have a second?" Gideon reluctantly nodded and left go of Reid, he turned and slowly walked towards Tobias Hankel's now lifeless body slowly he got to his knees he reaches into  the man pocket and grabbed the two small vials filled with Dilaudid Tobias had drugged him with saying 'it would help' it did in some way, Reid knew it was wrong bt the urge was to strong he slowly stood up making sure no one saw went here ralised no one saw wrapped his hands around his torso and started to walk out.
