The top three chefs, Rock, Bonnie, and Jen are preparing for tonight's dinner service.

"Narrator: before they opened tonight's dinner service, Chef Ramsay does an assertiveness exercise on the remaining chefs of the competition."

Chef Ramsay went to the red kitchen to get Bonnie.

"Bonnie, two minutes, please." said Ramsay.

Ramsay mimics tasting the dish.

"You know that it's undercooked!" said Bonnie.

"I've given you so many chances and you keep fucking it up!" Bonnie continued.

Ramsay was caught off guard by her assertiveness performance.

Rock was on the other side hearing Bonnie's shouting and cursing at Ramsay.

"Rock: Oh damn! Bonnie over there yelling and cursing at chef. That good! We can skip and have Jen and I in the finale."

Meanwhile...

"I'm sorry, it won't happen again," Ramsay apologized.

"Do it again and next time, get it done!" said Bonnie aggressively.

Ramsay was amazed at her assertiveness performance. "Bloody hell!"

"I totally get it and I won't make a mistake like that ever again." said Chef Ramsay.

"Bonnie: I like that I get to tell him, shout at him, cuss at him, and just put him in his place and he just stands there and takes it."

While Bonnie stood right before him, she thought about how he screamed, cussed, and insulted her during dinner services. Bonnie was feeling red, so she unthinkably slapped him across the face.

Bonnie was shocked and immediately has instant remorse for what she did.

"Oh my gosh, Chef! I'm sorry, I'm so, so, so sorry!" Bonnie apologizes profusely.

Ramsay has his hand on his cheek and said, "It's fine,"

"Are you sure?" Bonnie asked.

"Yes, I'm sure, we will talk about this after service, okay." Ramsay explained.

"Okay, Chef."

"Good,"

Bonnie went to the red kitchen with her hands covering her mouth.

Rock and Jen were concerned.

"Bonnie, what's the matter?" Jen asked.

"Come on Bonnie, tell us." said Rock.

Bonnie uncovered her mouth and said, "I just slapped Chef."

"You did what?!" Jen asked shockingly.

"Slap him as in smacking him across the face?" Rock asked.
