For those who might not know him, his name is Pluem Purim Rattanaruangwattana. He played the role of Chimon's love interest in "My Dear Loser, Edge of Seventeen."

Pluem's POV

"Yes, sir, I will," I said to the Chief Financial Officer.

Being the assistant to the Chief Financial Officer, I had been instructed to allocate funds for the company's new project that Perth and the new addition to the company had been assigned to work on.

I was terribly disappointed to find out that my boyfriend Chimon had not been chosen to partner with Perth on this wide scale project.

Chimon and I have kept our romantic relationship a secret from our co-workers because it was strictly prohibited by the company. If we were found out, we would both be booted out of the company.

I had started to work on my task when there was a knock on my office door.

"Come in!" I called out.

Perth and the newly hired guy walked in.

Holy Molly, up close, this new guy was even more breathtakingly handsome.

"Pluem, I'd like to formally introduce my new work partner to you," Perth said. "His name is Saint Suppapong."

I stood up from behind my desk and extended my arm.

"Welcome to M&T Consultants," I said, trying to smile sincerely. (A/N: The company name is fictitious. It doesn't exist. If there's one that exists, it's purely a coincidence.)

"Thank you," Saint said, shaking my hand in a friendly grip.

"And this is Pluem the assistant to our Chief Financial Officer," Perth said, "If you have any financial problems just run to him and he will bail you out. He is the company's sugar daddy."

We all laughed at Perth's joke. Well, I would love to be Saint's sugar daddy. Oh oops, sorry Chimon, I got carried away by Saint's gorgeous looks.

"Actually Mr. Watthanasetsiri has already instructed me to set aside the funds that both of you will be needing in order to carry out your project," I said. "If ever you have any questions regarding the amount feel free to contact me."

"What about if we need to contact you outside of your office hours?" Saint questioned.

"Good question," I said, pulling out my personal cell phone from my pocket and handing it to Saint. "Here, just key in your contact number and I will ring you up so that my number gets registered on your phone."

"You should do the same for me," Perth said, pulling his phone out of his pocket.

"Sure," I replied, taking his phone from him.

Soon our three phones were ringing almost simultaneously.

"That's settled then," I said. "When are you going to start working on the project?"

"After the weekend," Perth replied. "In the meantime I will be showing Saint the ropes and familiarizing him with our company."

"Good plan," I said. "Don't hesitate to contact me if you have any further questions."

"Sure, thanks," both Saint and Perth said before heading out of my office.

I was about to go back to my tasks when my phone sounded an incoming text notification.

What are you doing this weekend?  my baby Chimchim texted.

I've got nothing planned. What did you have in mind?   I texted back.

I was thinking of spending the weekend at Paradise Beach    my baby Chimchim replied (A/N: Paradise Beach is a made up name of a beach resort. If one exists with that name it's purely coincidental)

Sounds great to me   I texted back.

Pick me up early Saturday morning?

Will seven be early enough?

That's perfect!

You wanna have dinner with me this evening?

Perth has invited me and Saint to a dinner get together, something like a getting to know Saint better.

Why do you have to go with them.

I couldn't turn Perth down. He's been a big help to me during our last project.

Sigh... very well then

I placed my phone back in my pocket with an anxious kind of feeling, but then again I'm probably just overthinking stuff. But sometimes I wonder if maybe during the days that Perth and Chimon had been working closely on their last project together, if something happened between them that Chimon had kept a secret from me.

I shook my head to banish the unwanted thought.

Yeah, maybe I was just overthinking stuff.
