I look to the sky to see nothing but the moon peering through a hole and brick walls up. I wince slightly at the pounding of my head. I sit up slowly and look to my right. Laid there is Merry. His crimson stained shirt is a sign that he's no longer breathing.

I look to my left to see Zoro. He's laid there, his chest moving up and down. I look to see his swords across the well and I stand to get them, feeling the back of my head. I look to my blood stained fingers and then move to crouch by him. I nudge him. "Zoro. Wake up." He opens his eyes and sits up quickly. I hold out his swords. "If they were smart enough they would have kept these.." he takes them and I hold my hand out. He takes it and stands swiftly. "We need to get out of here." He speaks and I nod. "Agreed." I look up the walls and then furrow my brows. "I'm pretty good at climbing.." Zoro looks to me and huffs. "Me. Not so much." He crosses his arms and looks up. "I'll give you a boost. When you make it out I'll come up." I speak and clasp my fingers together.

He nods and puts his boot on my hands. I give him a boost up. Surprisingly I can lift him. He's stronger than I am. He starts climbing to make it half way but slips. I move to try to catch him but we both fall to the ground. I let out a cough as the wind has blown from my lungs. "Are you alright?" He asks as he stands and I lay there for a moment. "Yep. Dandy." He holds his hand out and I take it to stand. "Just focus on making it to the top."

He takes a breath and we start again. This time he makes it up. I nod and start climbing up. If I notice one brick is coming out I move to the next. Zoro pulls me out and we look around. "Let's go." He speaks and I follow him. We make it out to the main road and see marines dragging Luffy. That's when we see him start vomiting blue shit.

I make a face of disgust and we make our way towards him. The blonde with a horrible haircut pulls a gun on Luffy. Two marines block our way as we approach. Zoro takes one down and I start choking the other to the point of sleeping. I toss him to the ground and Zoro speaks. "Hey, haircut." Luffy looks back and smiles. "Zoro! Mira!" One hit to the blonde and he's out.

"How'd you know where to find me?" He smiles and keeps walking past us. We start to follow. "We didn't. We thought we were walking to the house." We stop when the smaller marine yells out to us. "Stop right there. In order of the marines, in placing you under arrest." Luffy stops then turns around. "Koby. I know you have a job to do. But I'm going back to help my friends. So don't try to stop me." He turns and then we start running towards the house. Once there we reach the door. It's shut down and locked up. The two men pull the door up and Zoro kicks it in. We step in cautiously and look around. "Let's split up.." Luffy speaks and we walk separately away. I make my way to the kitchen to grab the knives. I turn to see the chef with a cape and a cat mask. I purse my lips and then chuckle. "Wow." He grits his teeth and he takes his knives out. I quickly run up the sink and the ledge and make my way to the main room with staircases. There is Zoro. I take a breath and hold the knives in my hands. "I thought we took out the trash. He speaks as he steps in the room. Zoro slowly pulls his sword out and starts fighting. I move to kick Buchi in the back. Sham appears and pushes me to the side. I hold the knives up to stop her sword. I push it back and she falls back. Zoro moves up the stairs and sham makes her way towards him. Buchi starts fighting me. Knife against knife, hand over hand. He kicks sham down the stairs and she stands with his sword. Not long after he jumps down and hits her in the face. I move to where he lands. He kneels down and puts his swords down to sheath the other.

I twist the knives in my hands and tilt my head to the side. Together, Zoro and I defeat them.

We tie them up and cross our arms. Zoro opens the door when the others make their way down. "Sorry about the mess.. Maybe you need some new staff." Kaya looks to him. "I'm done with staff for awhile.." I look to them and Luffy speaks up. "Where are we going to go?.. we have no ship." Kaya speaks up. "Yes. You do.." We all look to Kaya and she smiles. Before making our way Kaya looks to me. "Go grab yourself clothes. Ussop told me you don't have much and I have too much. Please. It's the least I can do for you." I look to her and give a small smile. "Thank you." I make my way to the closet and grab a bag full. Mostly black and red. Some nice pieces here and there.

I make my way down and we head towards the ship. While the others look in awe. I go to grab my bag from one of the unoccupied ships. I open it to find two daggers. I close it and we make our way to the ship yard. Zoro takes a bag from me. "Ussop. You're coming with us." Luffy speaks and Ussop looks to Kaya then back at him. Zoro speaks up. "Just come on already." I give Ussop a smile and Luffy speaks again. "You're a sharpshooter. Just like your father. That's exactly what I need on my crew." Ussop looks heart broken. "But I can't leave syrup village.. what about Kaya?.." Kaya steps to him and takes him to the side. We step to where we can hear. I smile at her encouragement. Next thing we know. Their lips are together.

"They do know I'm the captain right?" Nami speaks up. "Let them have this one.." I step to Ussop and wrap my arm around his shoulders. "Come on now. Brighten up. You have a friend coming." We make our way into the ship and I place my stuff into a room. I step out and start pulling ropes to leave. We make our way down to have a meeting. Ussop had disappeared for awhile but brought a Jolly Roger with him. "Since I'm the captain we need a flag." I sit between Nami and Zoro. I rest my hand onto my forehead and Luffy and Ussop start speaking over each other on who's the captain. Nami starts laughing and we all start laughing with her. "From now on. It's all gonna be smooth sailing." The ship rocks from a loud bang. Nami gets up. "You had to open your mouth." We all start running up the stairs and look to see the marine ship. Luffy holds up a scope and then puts it down. "Grandpa?" Everyone in unison speaks at the same time, except me. "Grandpa?"

Everyone starts scrambling to so things. Ussop drops all of the cannon balls and I help with the ropes. Luffy fills up with air and then fires the cannon ball back at the marines. "Woah." I speak and everyone is shocked. Nami speaks. "You didn't tell me you could do that." Luffy speaks up. "I didn't know I could." The two start laughing and jumping around. "Nami. Get us out of here!"
