My name is Scarlett Aada Dracu and I'm 17 years old. I thought the easiest way to start is to introduce my whole family and a little information about each one.

My father's name is James Vladimir. He's 44 years old and he's full Romanian. His family moved to North Carolina when he was small to have a better life. Since then he received his Ph. D. in Communication and he is now the head of his department in the C.I.A.

My mother's name is Teagan Janette, she goes by Tea (Te-a). She's 46 years old and she's full Irish. Her family moved from Ireland when she was about 16 to Pennsylvania for her father's job since he was in the Air Force at the time. Since then she received her bachelor's degree in Accounting.

My parents met in North Carolina when my mom was on her senior year of college's Spring Break on the beach. They say it was love at first sight then they were married in November of 1993. Sadly they were divorced in August of 2010. My dad shortly remarried to a woman name Carmen Leigh. Carmen Leigh was a Russian Gypsy and she's 42 years old.

My mom and dad had six kids, including me. I have three older brothers and two younger sisters. My oldest brothers are twins: Gene and Hunter. Gene is the oldest by 4 minutes. They were born on January 14, 1995. Then there is Brick, Ivory and I; we're triplets. Brick is the oldest by 7 minutes then I'm older than Ivory by 3 minutes. We were born on October 31, 1995. Lastly there is Alison, she's the baby of our family; she was born on August 11, 1998. Due to my dad's new marriage; we have two step siblings. Carmen's son's name is Ryan. He's 21; he was born on August 18, 1991.  Her daughter's name is Rachael and she's 12; her birthday is December 13, 2000.

Due to Carmen's full Russian, Ryan is half Russian and half American while Rachael is half Russian and half Italian. On the other hand, my blood siblings and I are half Irish and half Romanian.

Now we all live in a small town in Pennsylvania named Ashland. The population here is just over 3,000.

The house we live in now my dad and step-mom designed; it has two stories with a full basement. The four brothers live in the basement with their own rooms, a common area and a full bathroom. Myself, along with my three sister live upstairs on the second floor; we all have our own rooms also along with a full bathroom and common area (just like our brothers). Our parents have a master suite along with a master bathroom on the main level. Our family started moving into our new house at the beginning of December of 2011.

With schooling, luckily we all attend North Jr. /Sr. High. Gene and Hunter are seniors while Brick, Ivory and I are juniors. Alison is in the seventh grade and Rachael is in the fifth grade. We're all highly involved in school. We all play a sport per say. Gene does pole-vaulting in the spring, Hunter does bowling in the winter. Brick is a year round athlete; baseball, football and basketball. Ivory cheers for the school and competitive in the summer. Alison is one the academic team in the winter along with guard (flag corps) with Rachael and I. Alison and Racheal also do the guard in the summertime for the marching band. Rachel does Track and Field in the spring. Then I do softball in the spring and cross country in the fall.

Along with a new location, new schooling and new acquaintances, my oldest brothers and I have been able to find jobs within this tiny town. Ryan works at the Coal Mine on the southwest side of town; Gene now works at the Drive-in on the west side; Hunter works at the Food Market on the east side of town and I work at Ashland Pizzeria. For myself my schedule seems pretty hectic, school is 8 am to 3pm, practice (depending on the season; cross country practice is 4 am to 7 am every other day; guard is from 6 pm to 10 pm; then softball is 3 pm to 7 pm) butwork is flexible luckily. They said they would allow me to work the "graveyard shift" since the pizzeria is open 24 hours. So in the fall I'll work 4 pm to midnight, winter I'll work a special split (3:30 pm to 5:30 pm then 10:30 pm to 2:30 am, spring I'll work 8 pm to 2 am. In other words, a lot of work, a little sleep.

Turning onto a new note, more so about relationships and romance. My sister Ivory has always been the beauty queen of our family, but I've had a couple relationships (longer and less scandalous than hers). One thing that gives me hope for a true love kind of fantasy is a new place, new people and more importantly a new beginning.

This is our story containing love, sabotage and learning to grow into a new family along with still living a life that I want; about being my own person and growing into the young woman I want to be.
