Chapter 3

I was exhausted after cheer practice that i almost fell asleep when my brother picked me up in his car, But one thing that floated in my mind kept me awake... Christina... Why all of a sudden she suddenly was stuck in my mind like a plague i had no clue. I didnt have cheer practice again till next thursday so i wouldnt be able to see her till then to figure out whats going on. 

That night i was laying in  bed texting my best friend Emily when she out of the blue mentioned how her feelings started to change against guys

Hey lanie.. Do you ever wonder what it would be like to be witha girl? The first thing that sprung into my mind when she texted me that was christina. Hesitantly i replied sorta.. i guess i might be curious but i dont know emily my feelings are all jumbled and idk what to do.. My heart quickend pace just imagining what it would be like to kiss christina... the thought of it strangely excited me in a new way i didnt think was possible..what the hell is wrong with me? My phone beeped and i looked down to see emilys text i know what you mean... i mean i still like guys its just im curious about girls yenno, i think it would be fun. Btw alanna you need to make sure this conversation stays between us ok just in case. I texted back agreed. With that i turned my hpone off and rolled over pulling the covers over my head. oh boy oh boy what am i gonna do.

*THURSDAY*

As i got closer to the cheer gym i kept getting more nervous and just as i started to dream about christina my phone beeped and i looked down to see a text from the one and only christina. fuck talk about an insane coincidence Hey lana cheer starts in 20 minutes right? the fact that she thought about me made my cheeks permantly stuck in a grin yea...see you there chrissy :)

I got out of the car and bolted to the gym in hopes of seeing her sooner. As i turned the corner i practically collided right into her banging our foreheads

" jeez lanie hahaha you're in a hurry" Christina laughed rubbing her head. I looked up into her eyes smiling and right then and there confirmed to myself that i had feelings for her and it was more than just friends. Her eyes were such a deep pure grey/blue that i got lost in them and her gaze was so intense i didnt want to look away. " Sorry chrissy!" daringly i reached up and kissed her head laughinh but when i pulled back she wasnt laughing. She looked straight at me with her eyes which seemed to see into my soul like she knew my every thought. Gulping i started walking to our cheer floor and nervously laughed " gonna be late"

The coaches gathered us around and told us to sit while they talked about important things for our tacoma trip. I glanced to my left to see christina across from me already looking at me, but as soon as i looked she looked back up to the coaches.                                                                                                         " Okay so in the hotel rooms when we get to tocama you will have either 4 people  per room or 3. In just a minute im going to ask each one of you privatly one person you would like to room with and we will put the groups together as best as we can" Coach alex exclaimed . I was the first one she called and before she even got to ask who i wanted to room with i blurted out christina looking around to make sure no one heard. Then i went and sat back down waiting for christina to be called. As she was called i watched her walk up and her long hair in the ponytail swayed back and forth. She wispered a name to the coach and turned around and looked at me. I looked down feeling intimidated hoping she said my nameand  i crossed my fingers tight.

As soon as practice was over i stared walking back to my car thinking how stupid i was for kissing her forehead earlier on. Sudddenly christina ran up behind me and put her arm around me smiling " So who'd you say you wanted to room with? " Being so close to her and having her touch me made my heart stop and it took me awhile to regain my speech. She probably thinks im a fool for god sakes.. ugh " Im not sayyyyinnng. Youll just have to wait! " Not knowing what else to do i ran off to my car making sure i wouldnt do something stupid again.

i Know its not super long but its been awhile and i promise next time i will have a really long chapter!! What do you thinks gonna happen between alanna and christina?
