Zara watched the heartwarming scene from her room's window, her eyes tinged with jealousy and a sense of loneliness.

Zara: (to herself, envious) Why does Sara get all the pampering in her pregnancy while I'm expecting too, and I have nobody by my side?

Zara's longing for the same attention and care simmered within her, hidden from the rest of the family.
