I'm sorry if this story isn't to your liking, again the updates for this book will be every MONDAY, WEDNESDAY,FRIDAY. Also, please be informed that I'm writing this book for fun only. I know, I have LOTS of Ongoing books, please bare with me as this year hasn't very good to me. I'm suffering from mental and physical issues most of this year. And lastly, I wanted to say thank you so much for being there for me since the beginning of my writing journey. This is story isn't like the one in the book or the drama series, so their attitudes won't be like the original story. I'm listening to Taylors music while writing this.

Two long and quiet months had passed since Wei Ying had heard anything from Lan Zhan. He had kept himself occupied with his schoolwork and other responsibilities, trying to push his feelings and the memories of their friendship to the back of his mind. The pain of their falling out still weighed heavily on his heart, but he was determined to move forward.

One day, a class project presented Wei Ying with an opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others. He and a group of volunteers from his class had organized a mission to provide food supplies and essential necessities to people in need who lived in remote mountainous areas. It was a chance for him to focus on something other than his own emotions and to bring a ray of hope to those who were less fortunate.

Early one morning, Wei Ying and his classmates gathered together, loaded with boxes of supplies, and embarked on a journey into the heart of the mountains. The winding roads and steep paths led them deeper into the rugged terrain, far from the comforts of the city. Wei Ying couldn't help but be amazed by the breathtaking natural beauty that surrounded them.

As they reached their destination, they were met by the smiles and gratitude of the people they had come to help. The villagers, who had very little but were rich in spirit, welcomed the volunteers with open arms. Wei Ying couldn't help but be moved by their resilience and strength in the face of adversity.

The day was filled with hard work, as they distributed supplies, set up temporary shelters, and provided medical assistance to those in need. Wei Ying threw himself into the task, his heart feeling lighter with each smile he received in return.

Amid the laughter and camaraderie, Wei Ying found a sense of purpose and fulfillment. The pain of his strained friendship with Lan Zhan remained, but for a brief moment, he was able to put it aside and focus on making a positive impact on the lives of those less fortunate.

As Wei Ying and his classmates made their way back to the capital after a successful day of volunteering in the mountains, they encountered a sudden and unexpected threat. A group of rogue vampires had emerged from the shadows, intent on causing chaos and destruction.

Chaos erupted as the vampires, with their unnatural speed and strength, attacked the group. The volunteers fought bravely to defend themselves, but the situation quickly grew dire. Wei Ying, caught in the midst of the chaos, found himself battling for his life against one of the rogue vampires.

In the midst of the fight, as Wei Ying's strength waned, it seemed as though his fate was sealed. The vampire's fangs were bared, ready to strike, and Wei Ying closed his eyes, bracing for the worst.

But then, in an unexpected turn of events, Wei Ying felt the vampire's grip loosen, and there was a sudden, blinding flash of light. Confused and disoriented, he fell to the ground, only to hear a familiar, commanding voice.

"Lan Zhan!" Wei Ying called out in a mixture of surprise and relief.

Lan Zhan, who had arrived just in the nick of time, stood amidst the chaos, his sword raised high and a determined expression on his face. His weapon, infused with powerful talismans, had created the blinding light that saved Wei Ying from the vampire's clutches.

With his swift and precise movements, Lan Zhan swiftly dispatched the rogue vampires, ensuring the safety of Wei Ying and his classmates. The battle was intense, but Lan Zhan's skill and strength were unmatched.

After the threat had been eliminated, Lan Zhan rushed to Wei Ying's side, a mixture of relief and concern in his eyes. He helped Wei Ying to his feet and guided him back to their group, ensuring that everyone was safe and accounted for.

Later that night when wei ying came out from the bathroom he saw lan zhan sitting in his bed.

"What were you doing in that mountain?"

"Wow, hello to you too. Lovely to see you, and thank you for saving me earlier today"

"Wei Ying, answer me! What were you doing in that mountain? You know that our kind are not just any legends! Yet, you are always careless as always."

"Lan zhan! Your being unreasonable, just because your kind exist doesn't mean that we a mere weak HUMAN have to stopped helping our kind! N-"

"YOU ALMOST GOT KILLED, WEI WUXIAN! If I didn't happen to be out on a night hunt you could have been died by now. What were you thinking?"

"Oh, so know you care for me? Thanks but no thanks I don't need your pathetic care. Just let me be just like what have you been doing for the last two months!"

Upon hearing that Lan Zhan feels guilty, actually his been busy training and he have been sent for different missions.

"Stop acting as my bestfriend! Stop acting like you care!"wei ying said but suddenly stopped talking when when Lan Zhan grab him and hugged him tightly.

"A-ying, I'm sorry .. I..I am just worried about you. What if I didn't arrived? What if ..." I can't lose you
