Ace Danger

Advice

Ace lays in bed thinking of the night with Julia...when suddenly he hears Hope's voice calling for him from outside his room. Ace groans as he gets up to meet Hope in the hallway.

"Ace, can you come here for a sec?", Hope asks softly.

Ace knows it's about her break up...there's no other reason why she would ask for him.

He goes to meet her by the stairwell, she looks a mess.

She's crying and there are streaks on her face from where tears have run down her cheeks.

Ace is taken aback and concerned at the same time...and he hugs his sister close.

Ace is comforting Hope when he gets a call from Julia, he looks at his phone and hesitates before answering for a moment.

Eventually he answers and talks to Julia as Hope listens nearby...Ace is trying to keep his cool while talking to his love interest with his sister sitting right there.

Ace cracks up and stutters after he hangs up Hope starts teasing him about it.

"Who was that?" Hope asked.

"uh it was Julia"

"Ooh she must really have your attention if she has you stuttering so much!"

"Shut up Hope!"

Hope just laughed and continued teasing him while he just sat there blushing.

.Ace tells Hope about Julia and his crush on her after she asks...he's unsure what her reaction will be...but he feels better getting it off his chest.

Hope initially seems surprised, but then she smiles.

She tells him to go for it, that he and Julia would be perfect together and that in her experience, being friends first helps make a relationship more solid.

Ace now feels more confident, knowing that Hope is in his corner.

He smiles, and decides to finally ask Julia if she feels the same way.
