Good bye country and good bye girlfriend

My girlfriend is amazing she really is she only parsed her driving test last week but at 2 in the morning she pulled up outside my house, text me and said to go on an adventure with her before my parents got up. So I did what anybody especially a teenage boy would do in my situation I stuck out, kreped parst my softly sleeping brother then out of our room past mum and dad's room and down the stairs, opened the door reambing to lock it behind me and then got in her car, then she put her foot right down and we sped off right away.
"Do I even get a kiss" I mutter as i lean towards her neck.
"We haven't got a second to lose" Lily says.
"Come on Lilly lets pull over and we can have a kiss and a cuddle" I reply because I know those words always make Lily weak.
"No there will be plenty of time for that later and besides I know what you always try and turn a kiss and cuddle into" Lily says miming bunny ears for the last bit.
Now I'm inbarssed and the only thing I could come up with is "Fair enough, where are we going then?".
Lily doesn't look as if she is going to reply but then moves her hands switches on the radio but in that second and a half before the voices start singing she says "we're going on a bear hurt".
We're going on a bear hunt was me and Lily's favourite book when we where younger, about 6 years ago when we first started going to secondary school Lily and I decided it was time to have our first kiss because it was something neither of us had done but we both wanted to do it so badly literally it was all we could think about, so one morning before school Lily told me to meet her after school so we could "go on a bear hunt" and obviously we where tow little, scared 12 year olds in a big new school with a new set of friends. That day of school felted as long as the last day before the summer holidays, my head was full of existed worrys about how to do it and what would happen if I did it wrong or if we where going to kiss at all. But as soon as the bell rang I jumped out of the seat ran to the gate in ourder to avoid my friends so I didn't have to say what was going on (their the sort that would kiss and tell but I'm definitely not) as soon as I reached the gate I spotted Lily running up to see me she ran right past me and I just had to follow (it wasn't too hard even though Lily ran for the under 16 country team because I had a fair idea of where she was going) we ran for about 10 minutes then she turned into the forest that had a reputation for being a place teens went to "get down to business" you could tell this by all the empty bear cans and empty rappers but we kept running past until we got to a tree with a seat under neeth it, it was quite all you could hear was the wissle of a far away dog walker and the closer reply of a dogs bark. I looked in her blue eyes and she looked in mine, I ran my hands though her hair, pulled her close, she put her hands round my neck then I shut my eyes as her gentle breathing going closer and closer then the feeling of intimacy with a pair of lips and the taste of cherry lip balm.
Lily must of told someone and word spread that we where and "couple". looking back I think I would of liked that if we where a couple but I was interested in someone else and was just practicing when I kissed her. I feel guilty now because it was quite clear that Lily would of done just about anything for me and probably always would even when we weren't friends as such. By the beginning of year 8 me and Lily barely spoke and if we did it was only for educational purposes.
Back in the present I've managed to fall asleep thinking about this I only get awoken by the stoping of the car and the switching off of an engine and radio. Lily comes up to me she kisses me full on the lips, she tastes of cherries so that's why she wouldn't let me kiss her!!!!
I get out of the car and slam the door behind me "Come on let's get out and go to that tree" I say then I realised that Lily can't hear me because she is still in the car I've just slammed her in.
She flings open her door and runs up to the tree where we had our first kisses, I put my hands round her wast, her hands round my neck, at this point I really wish I was strong enough to hold all of Lily's Wight, Lily has offten said she would lose a few stone but never has I don't mind she could be a size 0 or a size 30 and I wouldn't care less she is beautiful however she is even if she was the fatised and uglyist girl in the world she is so beautiful inside.
You might be thinking what happened between now and year 7 when Lily was running for the country well just before we started going out Lily's mum died and Lily just gave up truth be told she started self harming and binge eating she lost a lot of friends but also kepted and ganed a lot of friends, me being one she regained after year 7 Lily got popular and was a size 8 with size 8 friends they were like the school crushes they even turned some of the sixth form boys heads when they were walking down the school hall in customised school uniform with way to short skirts but a problem with this group was they where quite shallow, don't get me wrong not all size 8 are shallow but these 5 girls definitely where I'm so glad Lily is different now.
By this point me and Lily are still on the bench it's kind of rotting away, I feel like it could snap at any moment now and I don't want Lily to be the one to break it, you can tell Lily knows this too because she suddenly gets up and races to the car nearly as fast as she could when she was younger.
"Oh shoot" she says "I've left my door open, I bet the car won't start now".
She was 100% correct the engine wouldn't even turn over we tried and tried but it was no uses the car was going nowhere and so where we.
I glanced at my watch "no no please no" I shout "it's 3:30 I've got to be up at 5 in time to get to the airport and mum will probably be up at 4 knowing her".
"Let's run then, you've got trainers on and I've been meaning to do a bit more excise I've put on 8 pounds this month I feel so fat"Lily response in a matter of fact way.
"But you've had driving test stress and plus your much faster that I could ever be at running" I say in an attempt to make lily feel better.
Lily didn't listen to me because she was already by the gate that is a good 50m from where our car was persisoned. I try to catch her but it's no good I can't She is just so fast admittedly not as fast as she ones was but is pretty close all the same. she slows down in the end when I'm sweating like a baboon in Spain and taking 50 second beaks every 10 seconds. It's not 4 until we get to my road we wate by my sine and she looks up then into my eyes then says "I really hoped tonight was the night we could ... you know ".
I'm totally shocked, I am lost for words then I think up a clear response "we can do that when I get back it's only 2 weeks also known as 14 days or .... well I don't know how many hours". Then I lay my lips on hers as she slowly opens her mouth then I tell her I love her and will send her postcards by the dozen then we depart.
