I just was watching some Mafia/Mob/No quirks au TikTok's and I made me think of who Alice! Y/n's people would be. She would definitely have Tokoyami, Tsuyu, Shouji, and Jiro. That's not even talking about all the alliances she's got. She's got Aizawa and Nezu as her cops keeping her out of trouble. She's got the Bakusquad on demand. She's got the league with her cause of her relationship with Dabi. As for the Dekusquad she's got them when Deku and her want to have a drink later. The only issues she'd ever really have would be with Overhall, and All for one. Also someone else be there important to the plot. 

Alice! Y/n just running the criminal underworld 

Bakugou: MARRY ME!! FUCK ME! LOVE ME!

Aizawa: No! She's good, I have to do enough to keep you all out of trouble I can't deal with you both together.

Tomura: You could join forces with us.

Deku, Uraraka, and Iida: No.

Shoto: You could help me destroy my father like you did yours.

Alice! Y/n literally just trying to not have a mental breakdown as she kills people.
